Our Campsites are set up along the LSHT between Trailhead 3 and 4, in the Pole Creek trail area. We have 7 campsites and 1 cabin that sleeps 4. The campsites all have fire pits. Amenities include a cowboy pool, courtyard seating and camp fire pit, hot showers, bathrooms (currently port-a-potties), fiber wifi, and a potable water/filling station/wash station.
We are in the customer service business, meaning we make it easy to camp (and celebrate!) with our beautiful 4-season canvas glamp tents and glamp vintage trailers. Just drive up to your tent and get ready to relax. All tents are fully furnished with made beds and critical supplies, and have picnic tables, chairs around the fire rings, firewood, and charcoal grills. Our premier platform tents also have electric, heat, Keurig coffee pots, coffee and more! Vintage trailers have everything you need as well inside and out. Reservations are available on both Hipcamp and Airbnb. We even offer to decorate for you in advance for special celebration occasions.

The property borders a small creek and has abundant trees, and wildlife. Beautiful views from every vantage with a high field on one half of the property and a low bottom land near the creek where there are many options for a relaxing, private stay. Chose big sky or a more secluded spot. Incredible wildflowers on display in the spring. The property is not bordered by close neighbors or dense housing, just more land so sunsets and rises are wonderful and open. Low ambient light pollution at night means the stars are very bright (and so are the fireflies)!

Terry has shared the perfect little slice of heaven with campers right next to the lone star trail! I stayed with my 3 small kids and we had everything we needed and some. Peaceful, beautiful views of pond and trees, convenient location with bathroom, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and spacious sites. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed horseshoe and disc golf along with getting a couple small hikes in. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend :)

Spent another week in there, as great as it was before. Campground was clean, well organized, and the host was very responsive. Would recommend this place for anyone even if it’s a family or some friends has clean showers, very clean bathroom, and a great ambience.

Terry was extremely kind, the land was beautiful, and it felt private and safe! There is a trail head on the property that leads directly to lone star trail (and there’s a map too). It made our trip easy and enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend!

Our experience at the place was spectacular. It should be noted that there "THERE ARE BATHROOMS", THERE ARE also SHOWERS. The attention was spectacular. The place is very clean. I just want to emphasize that the entrance is until 7pm. So if you plan to go camping you must arrive before 7pm. I recommend this place 100%

We had such a great time camping on Terrys land. Plenty of space and he even leaves firewood on your site for you. There is also a clean bathroom and a shower with hot water. It’s also right next to the lonestar trail. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Terry!

We are first time tent campers. And Circle C Campground was perfect for newbies like us. It was easy to find and Terry came by to check on us when we arrived. We loved having a restroom shower available. There's also easy access to Lonestar hiking trails. We'll be back again!!

We had a great 2 night stay at Circle C Campground essentially inside the Sam Houston National Forrest. The park trails began 50 yrds from our campsite. The sites themselves were very large, and there are only 7 total campsites, so it felt very spacious. There was a lot for the kids to do and they roamed freely with no worries from mom or dad about them all weekend. Terry was very friendly and has spared no expense improving the property to allow campers to enjoy it. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed staying here. There was no cell service on my phone (AT&T), which meant it was quiet. Terry returned my text message in a decent amount of time when I had a question about the site. I really liked the fact that there was a stack of firewood at each site.

Camping at Circle had to be one of the best camping experiences I’ve had in Texas! Being from the PNW it brought a balance of forest and comfort! The outdoor shower was awesome and the campgrounds were very clean. Terry the host is also very nice and always willing to answer any questions you have!! I will be back soon.

Super peaceful and the perfect place to take our family camping. We stayed at #5. It had a great view of the whole site and close to the walking trail. Terry has a great setup. There is a bathroom and shower area. Complete with hot water. A covered area that also includes picnic tables and grills. Terry came by everyday and checked on things, he even supplied all the wood we needed for fires. It was a super cold weekend and we could not have had a better experience. He has a couple tanks and we were able to feed the catfish, my girls loved it. He has campsites and a tiny house. Lots of fun, would definitely recommend and we will be back. It’s far enough outside of town to get away from the city lights, but close enough to drive if you need to go to the grocery store or grab some goodies.
