Property has been in family since 1987. The land has a rich history of wild boars and other wildlife. There is a live creek that runs along one of the property lines and is 50 ft deep. Pastures are mowed three times a year and always look beautiful. There is some terrain that is rough and the land has not been traveled. Bring machetes and a compass (We are not a rescue team). The land is ready to be loved by our visitors. The llamas will come to greet you and so will many more things in this wonderful place. Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants. There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. Weekend Trip to Coyote Creek Farm

We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at Llamaland Ranch Judy was so welcoming and very responsive to our questions and requests. My daughter loved interacting with the Llamas and running around the big open spaces. We loved sitting by the fire and star gazing. We even caught a few shooting stars. The drive from Dallas was quick and easy. We will be camping at Llamaland Ranch again.

Thank you Judy and Al, me and my boyfriend loved spending 2 nights on the sanctuary lot. The trees provided the perfect amount of shade for the hot weekend. It was my first time seeing llamas and they were way bigger than I thought they would be, but they were gentle giants! One even gave me a kiss on the cheek when I wasn’t paying attention. There were cute kitties and puppies on the land as well. One small cat with orange splotches was so sweet and guarded our tent all night. We wanted to steal her so bad. There were lots of other campers there too but we were all very spread out, no noise from them at all.

We dry camped in our RV and loved Llamaland. It was a great place to relax for the weekend. The pond site is huge and surrounded by fields. There are nice wooden picnic tables, chairs and a big firepit under a huge oak tree. Sunset views over the pond were beautiful. There is an outhouse nearby for tent campers. The llamas were friendly and cute. It was fun to hang out with them. Some were a bit aggressive about the food but you can just push them away or hide the food. Harry, Judy’s dog, came and hung out with us for a while too. It rained so we had the entire pasture to ourselves. Almost all of the sites are under trees with nice set ups. Judy and her husband were great. We would highly recommend staying here if you love animals.

We went as a large group and Regina was an amazing host! We can't control the weather, but even with rain everything was great! And once the sunshine appeared it was even more amazing! She provided dry wood that we used and she kept the compost toilet and trash removed constantly! We will be going out to see her again!! Highly recommend this stay on your next trip out to Waco!
