Feel free to explore the site on foot or vehicles, but please keep vehicles only on existing dirt roads (no off-roading allowed). Feel free to use the RV hookup at the green metal building, and enjoy the stunning sunset views of the Texas Hillcountry from the elevated wooden deck connected to the building. It was a nice quiet campground right next to the suspension bridge. You can easily access the bridge for pictures. Camp also had river access, but it was muddy the day we stayed.

It was exactly as advertised. The river was low. Rainfall is needed. But….we will stay there again. If you want a camping experience off the beaten path, this is it. Only cars heard were those coming to and from the campground. The bridge is super cool. Place was clean. Hosts were attentive. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful perfectly manicured landscaped resort campground. The swimming pool was also at a resort quality level. The campground was hilly making the views breathtaking. Everything was so well maintained and clean. Will definitely recommend FireFly campgrounds to family and friends as well as go back there myself.

It was a nice cool night! While most state parks were booked on a Saturday night. Coyotes were howling at night.. made it perfect!! Moon was full!! We were able to find this great location within 5min.. This will be our go to site!

We enjoyed camping on Kegan's remote, interesting land. It was a perfect place for a one night stop. The directions were easy. Wifi worked great. We woke up to about a dozen Turkey roaming around camp!

Beautiful and peaceful location. The river is beautiful and having the bridge right add to the view. It’s very quiet with not many cars going by, so it’s a great place to relax.
