We tent camped here and it was a beautiful place to watch the eclipse! Dave and his family cooked all of us woodfired pizzas in their outdoor pizza oven and they were lovely hosts. They have an adorable big white dog that is very friendly, and town is only about a 10 minute drive away. The compost toilet is awesome, too!! Doesn’t smell at all. Overall we had a great time.

This was a sweet spot on Dave's farm. We camped, with others, out in a mowed field. There was plenty of space. Water was available, as well as a clean outhouse. Communication with Dave was easy and prompt, he recommended nearby spots to visit. We went for the eclipse, and in spite of predictions, the skies cleared for us. cleared for us.

Dave was awesome! We camped at his beautiful property for the 2024 eclipse. He and his family made all of us eclipse campers wood-fired pizza just before the event. Lovely people and a lovely place to spend the night. They have a variety of small farm animals as well as a large dog! He’s very sweet. We had our dog, and the roads all around the property were good for walks. Thanks Dave!

We got in late, around 10:00pm. Dave was nice enough to meet us at the driveway and show us our campsite. The bathroom was easy to find, even in the dark (clean too). The property was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the solar eclipse there. Dave and his family were warm and welcoming. We were treated to wood fired pizza too!
