The Great Smokey Mountains and Deep Creek are about 1.5 hours away from the campsite. The Appalachian Trail is closeby and there are countless opportunities for stunning hikes. There's also kayaking, tubing, white water rafting opportunities as well as zip lining and horseback riding. There is something for everyone to enjoy and we can't wait to share it with you! Full disclosure: We have a camera pointed at the entrance and one at the bath house door, which we can move around to make sure that when people check in they make it to the right spot since I manage remotely part of the year. We have regular yard maintenance, however, we are Country natural landscape, not parking lot type campground, so the grass is slightly higher in some small areas but truly those things are part of a sustainable and uniquely beautiful camping experience!

Our scenic campground sits in a wooded area overlooking a meadow that slopes down to a small, year-round creek. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views for much of the year, along with frequent sightings of deer, turkeys, Canadian geese, and mallard ducks—despite being just minutes from the city. The campground borders an active railroad line. While trains pass only 1–2 times a day, they have no reason to sound their horns. Weekend Trip to Ellis Cove

Ellis Cove was absolutely beautiful!! Such a serene setting nestled within the hills about 25 minutes to the east of Gatlinburg. The grounds are situated right next to a rushing river. A couple of the sites sit up on a hill and back up to the river … both are worth the extra 10 dollars/night. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in the area.

Creekside Hideaway at Clover Branch Camp made for a perfect weekend of camping. The site was secluded and very private. Our dog and two small children had plenty of room to play. The site was perfect for our pop-up camper. We had plenty of room to park our two vehicles as well. If you’re a self-contained camper looking for an extremely private spot, Clover Branch Camp is the place for you!

Great location. We had the property to ourselves but felt safe and tucked in each night. Laura was a great communicator throughout planning/staying. Fireside was big enough to maneuver our tow vehicle. WiFi power and water just what we needed. The showers/common space were great and reminded me of a summer camp cabin. The stream was a perfect backdrop. Highly recommend!

Cute place and convenient to find. Close to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Quick response from Host when there are questions. Would definitely stay again when passing through Asheville.

Creekside is very easy to find and convenient when in Asheville, NC. It is about 15 minutes to downtown and Biltmore. Fast communication when we had questions. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay when coming to visit Asheville.

The location was perfect for exploring the area of Gatlinburg and Dollywood while giving the peaceful nature feel at the end of a busy day. The creek was lovely and the property was well maintained. We will definitely be back again when we come to visit the area.

Loved the area. VERY hidden. The site was absolutely gorgeous, clean and well maintained. Only suggestion I would make is to have a trash can available so campers can dispose of their garbage easily. Other than that the area is fantastic. I will definitely be booking again 💕🫶🏼

I loved camping on the land it is the perfect getaway spot from the city. No signal at all which to be honest I liked. Fully disconnected from outside but drive30-40 minutes and u got signal. We will definitely be back.

Keith has been great to work with. The site is really nice. It has has full hook-ups, CATV and it's own WIFI. The site is on a catch and release pond. It is also close to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

So perfectly quiet. The solitude was stillness embodied in a place. It was heavenly. So many wildlife sightings, and hearings--especially the frogs at night and the birds in the morning. Perfect weather (springtime), such peace. It was an experience I'll never forget. One tip: Don't leave your food out. This is definitely bear country.

Weekend Trip to Long Creek Haven

Our family really enjoyed staying at Long Creek Haven. We've stayed at many campsites and this one stands out by far. So peaceful!! The creek is beautiful. My favorite part was to relax and watch the pretty butterflies flutter and coast over the glistening creek waters. And the hospitality is top notch! 👍 Thanks for a great stay!

There was a nice deck with table & chairs and a fire table. We had no problem backing our 24 ft RV into the space with room to spare. Once in place site has a flat space so leveling was no problem. This was our first adventure in our new to us RV and we enjoyed it very much.
