Beautiful scenery. Our trailer fit easily. The grounds were pristine. Can’t wait to visit again in the Spring. This would be a beautiful spot to take littles too. Beach access to the water and they even have a pool.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! We had an amazing time. Amy was amazing and so kind. The animals were friendly. We camped right next to them and they were quiet. Everything was clean and the owner outdid herself with the decorations. Everywhere you turned there was a different whimsical item. We will definitely be going back. My only wish was there was a bathroom closer to where you park the RVs. It’s super close to the cabins though.

Had a great time, Janice was the nicest host. The land was magnificent, we didn't have time to explore many trails or fish in the pond. However, we will be returning to more fully experience the ranch.

Had a peaceful and lovely stay in the meadow. Easy check in and good directions to get to the property. Josh was very responsive. There were only a couple of other campers so it was quiet. The outdoor showers are closed for the season but the heated bathroom has a shower that we used. Would return and recommend,

Josh’s property is a beautiful place to camp. My brother and I just chose the wrong day to do it. It was cold and rainy. Josh was very kind and accommodating he gave us some extra wood for our fire that helped keep us warm through the night. We will definitely come back when it’s warmer.

An absolute gem. Great for families and couples. The owner and staff were always available for anything you need. The creative decor and lights along the stream was a nice touch. Plenty of outdoor games, loved the animals. Each site had its own firepit and grill. You can buy wood onsite if you run out. There’s a dumpster to throw your trash, washing machine and dryer. Everything we needed! We highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

We loved our stay at the Magical Resorts Groundskeeper Cabin! Mary truly thought of every detail when designing and decorating each space. The beautiful stained glass, cozy bedding, fire torches, and even the dishes made us feel like we were actually in Hagrid’s cabin!
Even if you’re not a Harry Potter fan, the cabin is simply beautiful and so thoughtfully done. We have two younger children who absolutely loved it—they spent hours on the swings and the play area by the water and enjoyed feeding and petting the animals.
One evening we visited downtown Haynesville and had a great meal at a local restaurant. We probably could have spent more time exploring the town, but we just loved relaxing in nature.
Mary was so kind and quick to respond to all of my messages. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Waterside lot
The site was great with a nice view of the small pond. Very quiet, gated community with a lot of nice tiny homes for permanent residents. Also, the location is close enough to Blue Ridge to uber over if you didn’t tow a car. Will probably go again sometime.
