The graveled parking area measures 60' by 20' and offers a decent amount of privacy and a break from the city. This site is situated off to the side of the front yard in what we call "the triangle." * Only short term stays please, no more than 60 consecutive days. Our single site offers water and electric hookups (50, 30, and 20 amp). We have a dump station on the property located just 200' from the site and we can provide a towable dump tank at no additional charge. Additionally, the site includes high-speed WiFi and Ethernet Internet access for your convenience. You'll have the entire front yard's approximately three, non-wooded, acres to walk dogs or simply enjoy a stroll. At night, the low light pollution offers amazing views of the sky while deer can often be seen crossing the property. Door Dash and other food delivery apps service this area. Plus, we're just 15 minutes away from several points of interest in the area, including the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex, MTSU, Stones River National Battlefield, two Greenway entrances, and the equestrian center. Security cameras are in use on this property with one that can see the RV site from about 100 yards away. Other cameras can see the front yard. None of them are focused on the RV site nor is it our intention to monitor the site.
