Off the grid, out of the way, rustic 10 acres where you can pitch a tent, take a hike and enjoy a campfire.  Mostly wooded with nearby sites to explore, a few swings for fun (swings have recently been removed due to trees falling) and a fantastically cold SEASONAL mountain creek for cooling off.  Always improving our place, we recently removed the 'cabins', which had become unsuitable for use.  The property is part of a community, which you may notice on the way to the campsite.  Site 1 (The Swings) will be first left after you turn into the driveway.  It is a U shaped drive, at the bottom of the U, park and walk 15 feet to site.  Site 2  (Main Container) is at the end of main driveway, next to container.  Drive to end of driveway, park and walk 10 feet to camp.  Both are equidistant to the outhouse.  There is a trail (tagged with red) that goes all the way around the property, a top half and a bottom half that will take you by the creek. Please look through all of the listing information.  The SEASONAL creek at the bottom of the slope is wonderful and there is a spot for two adults to sit down into the crisp water and plenty of room for lots of feet. If you follow the path in the middle of the property, a 30 minute walk (therefore not on our property) will take you to a beautiful swimming hole. It's cold! There is no power or running water at the property so it's an ideal place to get away from daily life and truly relax. We hope you will enjoy it as much as our family does! Please note that even though some pictures show buildings, there are no longer cabins/shelter on The Land. We are unable to remove pictures Hipcampers post. It is raw 10 acres so, yes there are ticks. Cover up and spray as you see fit, just be aware. Also, since it is 10 acres of trees, there is plenty of firewood. We don't leave any bundles, just find down limbs and presto, firewood. DO NOT USE THE MAP LISTED OR GOOGLE MAPS; it will take you straight through water. We specifically set up the campsites to give as much privacy as possible. We hope you’ll come visit and soak up the bird songs, the wind in the trees, and the beautiful sunsets over the mountains. We have 20 acres of savannah grassland full of native plants and wildflowers and over 80 untouched acres full of awesome rock formations and creeks with waterfalls available for you to hike. There's a stocked fish pond for catch and release fishing and a gorgeous view overlooking the Cumberland Plateau and the Sherwood Valley. Experienced and beginner campers are welcome! We live on one side of the property, so we’re available to assist (setting up tents for the first few times is no joke!) or we’re happy to give you as much space and solitude as you need. We have three campsites available in the native savannah grassland, and one that is a "hike-in and choose your favorite spot in the woods" site. A beautiful farm passed on to us by our folks. We love to share it because we see it with new eyes when we show it to you. Large farm with walking trails, horses, dogs, chickens and a million fireflies in June! Come spend a night in the country! We have an organic garden world class salads you can create from fruits and vegetables. Good cell reception here. Pet fee $25 per pet. Great hikes, picnic areas, dogs to pet, bluegrass music sometimes, 2.5 miles from Burgess Falls, 12 min to Walmart.  We offer multiple cabins for rent, a lodge, or camp sites (both tent and RV spots available). Please read listing descriptions, as each listing is unique.  Guests love staying here: "I came up to Sparta, Tennessee to heal my lungs from the Red Tide. I definitely healed up well at Dan’s cabin in Sparta!! I loved writing music on my cabin porch looking at beautiful green hills with mini ponies roaming around!! The trails on the property were awesome! And at night i loved picking on the guitar with Dan and his family! They were so kind and real genuine people! I highly recommend this hip camp, he has multiple cabins, all unique and special! Plus its close to so many amazing state parks, waterfalls, and swimming holes!!!"

We were looking for somewhere to stay last minute and found this gem. The host responded super fast by approving our stay and sending out directions very quickly. Even had a bundle of firewood waiting for us! 10/10 would recommend and we will be returning!

Perfect private site to let the kids run free! There is a giant open field on the lot and a nice fire pit area to relax. RV pad is adjacent to the road but there isn't a ton of traffic. Hookups all worked great, minor complaint would be that the well water had a strong sulfur smell so we ran it through a filter. Will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful time camping in my truck bed camper. Billy’s land… you’ve really got to see it to believe it. I arrived after dark so I wasn’t too sure if I had the best spot or not. When I woke up the next morning I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. It was beautiful. The rock formations… the pictures are gorgeous but the in person view… just wow. I felt like I had the whole mountain to myself. My dog got to be free and lead the way on our adventures which he absolutely loved. I 10/10 would recommend and I definitely plan to visit again. Thank you Billy. Your place is wonderful, and full of wonder.

Weekend Trip to Eads Bluff Farm

Loved the stay here, the view was awesome and it was quiet. My dog loved running around. Firewood was enough to last two full days and there’s were three spots, one closeksh to the house, one midway, and one at the top of the hill near the outhouse. The drive in was easy and stores are within a 10-15 minute drive and no traffic!

We couldn’t have asked for a better overlanding experience! Chris was incredibly communicative, helpful and welcoming throughout booking and the stay itself. The property was well marked, clean, peaceful and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a bit of serenity amongst the trees.

This campsite is great! It is very spacious with great views. They have canoes and kayaks available to use and it’s great to get on the water for sunrise or sunset. Located close to some awesome outdoors areas like Suck Creek and Middle Creek. Highly recommend.

This was our third time camping here, and it was another amazing experience! It's peaceful but close enough to restaurants and stores. The site is fairly level, the internet is fast, and everything works as expected. We plan to be back! Our dogs love it too!
