Private Oasis In The Forest

Quite undisturbed forest for 1/2 a century, used for duck hunting in the previous owners family for decades. I’ve started building a small cabin that’s unfinished hopefully completing in the coming years. Fishing pond and small seasonal creek flows after lots of rain. Excited to share it with others! Note: Daylight arrival at least an hour before sunset recommended! FYI out of firewood at this time

Spacious Skies Peach Haven is your sweet retreat located right in South Carolina Upcountry and mere minutes from the beloved Gaffney Peachoid, nestled among picturesque farmland and rolling green hills.

Our campground offers full hook-up RV sites as well as water and electric only sites. We are big rig friendly with modern hookups and have an array of pristine paved sites that include a stone fire ring, grill, and dining table with chairs. If shaded sites are your preference, we have sites tucked into a piney grove too! We also have cabins that are available in a variety of sizes and with differing amenities, ensuring we have the perfect spot that meets each family or group’s needs.

Enjoy the peaceful, bucolic surroundings by hiking the nearby trails or fishing in one of our ponds. If you are looking for more action, there is plenty of fun to be had with a pool, mini golf course, jumping pillow, rec hall, and more to explore! We didn’t forget your furry friends either. 

Our cabins are all pet-friendly and two dog parks allow your pup to have some fun areas to play and burn off some energy. A well-stocked camp store, 24-hour laundry facility, and WiFi provide some of the comforts of home while you embrace the great outdoors.

If you’re looking to use your site as a home base while you explore the area, Gaffney and nearby Spartanburg South Carolina offer plenty of destinations, and our campground is conveniently located just minutes off I-85. From historical sites to local art and nature attractions, there is so much to experience while you’re here that nearly all of our campers book their next visit right away!

Rosewood Farm and Agripark

Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark! 

For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? My goal is to make this land as magical for your family as it has been for mine!

Here are the three bunks available in this cabin. They are more like cot sized bunks, rather than true beds. We have mats and bedding that fit each one perfectly. Each rack has a cubby and power outlet too. Very cool handmade "ladder" at the foot of the beds..

Twilight Yurt

This a a smoke free, drug fee, alcohol free LGBT and all others safe, non judging retreat. We support people in recovery and it is not allowed on our property. Please arrive between 3 PM and 7pm. It is the perfect get away on a 2 acre wooded nature reserve in a rural neighborhood, quiet, peaceful and secluded.  With walking trails and quiet sitting spots  and a meditation room. Shared bathroom and kitchen areas.

We bought this amazing 2.5 acre wooded land with a spring and creek on it from our friends who already had a huge healing impact on the land. This land is quiet, it is in a neighborhood and back up to a cow farm.  Everyone keeps to themselves,  we have three other rentals on the property to share community areas.

Triple J Farm and Campground

Camp down by the creek at our private campground. Pan for gold or rock hound for gems in over 1/2 mile of pristine North Carolina creek. Outdoor shower and bathroom facility available. Bring all your camping gear, tents and headlamps for a fun adventure in the woods.

This is a side view of the yurt tent. Its built on a platform so you can camp up off the ground and on a flat surface. There are m any potted plants at this camp. If you have always wanted to garden but feel like you couldn't because of whatever reason you can here. There are old milk jugs you can fill with water and water the plants, harvest from them and use them in dinner. For example, harvest a pepper and roast it on the campfire. Add it to your burger for a nice zing.

Tails and Trails

Nestled off of the beaten path and located in a small town.  Enjoy peace and quiet at this site, back in the woods down a quaint little trail on 9 acres!  Whether it's sitting around a campfire, throwing some cornhole, playing some cards or playing some retro games, you can have it all right here.  

Power is provided via a power bank.  Bathroom is equipped with a camp shower bag and flushable toilet. Ask about s'mores kits and firewood.  Pet's welcome.  State licensed pet boarding available on-site!

Eden in Lancaster, SC

Eden is a unique campground.  We have a couples camper thats fully stocked with games, wifi, bluetooth speakers, coffee maker, wine glasses, firewood, the camper has a (queen sized bed and a bench for a small child) all toiletries, bedding, etc. Our large tent site will easily fit two tents if needed and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Both sites have wifi, power, and water along with a grill, fire pit, seats, tables, and fire wood and EVERYTHING else you will need for a relaxing time! The tent site is wooded and both sit along a fern covered creek.  For those who like to hike, we have a 5 acre tree canopied nature trail with seating that let's you sit in peace with the birds, squirrel, and the occasional deer.

While your here we have fresh eggs, and herbs from the garden.  Just let me know at check in.  Locally there are tons of farms, lakes, parks, amazing eateries. When it isn't freezing outside there are tons of amenities right here at the camper!  We have wifi, bluetooth speakers, projector for movie night cornhole boards, darts, soccer goals, glow sticks, board games and much more!

Rustic Ridge Rooftop Skoolie

This 1983 Ford Blue Bird bus has been one of NC's most popular Airbnb's over the last several years. It has since been relocated,  renovated, rejuvenated and found its way to the perfect location on our farm. Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the blueridge mountains, this one of a kind getaway is perfect for couples, small families or individuals. You can have your morning coffee or stargaze at night from the rooftop deck, which boasts an amazing view of the South Mountains.

We are conveniently located between Charlotte and Asheville and are within 30 minutes of Shelby, Hickory, Forest City, Morganton and Marion. Just a short drive is the beautiful South Mountains State Park, which is the perfect place for hiking or a picnic. Also within a short distance is Yogi Bear Campground with Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster and the new Cherry Bounce Adventure Park. We also partner with local wedding venues that are also very convenient to our location. Some of these include Zimmerwald Estate, Farm Haven, The Venue at Don's Pond, Mountain View Barn and Venue, Creekside Farm Venue and The Farm at Belwood. Other attractions include Tryon Equestrian Center, Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. You can find plenty to do nearby or you can just sit by the fire, relax and enjoy the beauty here around us.

You will enjoy a peaceful and private location surrounded by 65 acres of farmland. On site, there is a nice trail through the woods that leads to a beautiful creek area with a picnic table and fire pit. This is a working farm so you may hear or see an occasional tractor or side by side passing nearby. Across the road is our historic farmhouse that was built in 1880, which is also a vacation rental. This property is over 200 acres with cattle and a couple horses. It is common to see deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife in the area.

*We do allow pets, but we have a pet fee of $40 per pet for up to 2. This has to be selected when booking as an "extra." We do ask that you keep pets off of furniture and clean up after them outside to keep things nice for the next guests.*

My Neighbor has started his own Campsite, "The Swimming Hole".  If mine is booked up and you still want to camp, look him up.  His is better suited for small groups but has much more privacy.  

We have a new road to the campsite; you can now drive down with two-wheel drive vehicle or RV down and park near your tent!

There is plenty of soft sand to set up one tent or ten tents; large groups are welcome for an extra fee.

 A Porta-Potty is available at the campsite.

Swimming is usually possible at the base of the falls; however, large amounts of rain can change conditions and make it unusable.

I should also add, this is not a completely private campsite deep in the woods. The camp is visible from a shared driveway, and my residence is up a hill that overlooks the area. Also, I do not own the land on the other side of the stream. Occasionally, the owners of that land will spend a weekend afternoon enjoying the waterfall view also.

Still much quieter and more private than a regular campground.

Glamping tents and additional camping tents are available through a local company. Look in the pictures for the tent with red, white, and blue balloons. Message me for details.

Close to US National Whitewater Center (mountain biking, whitewater rafting, kayaking), Kings Mountain National Military Park (Horseback riding and history), Crowders Mountain (Hiking), 3 miles off of I-85 and US-321 for people passing through.

Neal Creek Camping Sites

Neal Creek Primitive camping by the creek is located on private property. The two large campsites are approximately 300 feet apart and are located right beside the running creek.

 Plenty of shaded area's. We have a 6-8 person tent available to rent as well!

We are only 1/2&nbsp;a mile from the Interstate 85. So bring your tents, campers or your small RV and&nbsp;come and setup down by the babbling creek. If you don't have or own a tent, we have a large 6-8 person tent available for a small rental fee too.  Build a nice fire in the fire pit. The&nbsp;firewood and kindling&nbsp;is provided. The campsites are semi-wooded areas with plenty of shade. They are very large private, peaceful and quiet sites.&nbsp;

View the stars at night, play in the creek during the day or if you are into biking or hiking, go to the Overmountain Victory trail located about 15 minutes away and enjoy the 6.7 mile loop around Lake Whelchel right off I-85.
