This private, fully fenced grassy site (100 m²) sits at the back of our ¾-acre block, facing a peaceful bushland reserve. Access is via a gated driveway behind our shed. There’s space to turn around, but you’ll need to reverse into the site. A separate parking area is available once unhooked. The space suits one caravan or RV, with room for a small tent or swag. Maximum of five guests total. Rates are for one couple; extra adults $15 pp / night, children $10 pp / night. Beautiful! Clean! The grass was so soft. Perfect for barefoot walking. Bees and dragonflies buzzing in harmony, like surround sound, while fishing. Lots of big fish being caught all around me making kids squeal and laugh. I became the personal chef for a sneaky, pond turtle who loved my bait. Taking pictures of the beauty was my favorite experience. 100% recommend.

I stayed at Leach Homestead for two nights and had a great experience. Vick was very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even better. One of the dogs, Blue, is super sweet—she’ll happily hang out with you if you’re up for some company. I didn’t fish, but I saw plenty of big fish in both ponds, and the birdwatching was excellent with lots of different species around. It was great having a bathroom and shower available. Overall, it’s a great spot and I’d definitely come back!

We booked this Hipcamp last minute while travelling the SCAR and couldn’t have been more pleased. The site was amazing! The view of the large pond was absolutely beautiful and made for a peaceful, scenic stay. It was great to have access to a hot shower and bathroom. Best of all, this campground is off leash friendly. Our dogs love romping around and exploring new areas. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet escape that also has great fishing!

I highly recommend Victor place. My family went there on a daddy daughter camping trip.The property is beautiful.The fishing is great and he was very helpful. My daughter said it was the best camping trip ever! Only issue we had was using the directions from this app, they were off a little. Found out through him that he also offers twenty dollar day fishing and will absolutely be taking him up on that. We will definitely be back!

Karen was great, highly communicative, and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond and made sure trees that had fallen due to a storm the night before were taken care of and provided no safety issues! Nestled in a beautifully wooded 9-acre lot, this spot offers the perfect mix of seclusion and serenity. The trees provide plenty of shade and privacy. The site itself is well-maintained, with a nice flat areas for our tent. There was plenty of space to explore which made you forget how close to city life you were. Whether you’re looking to unplug and unwind or just want a peaceful base for other adventures, this spot is great for either. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a private spot to pitch a tent or park an RV.

This was by far the best hip camp ive ever been to. We are so happy we found Victor’s little slice of heaven. I believe every camper and angler should experience this place!! There are so many things to see or do on this property. We asked where the fish sit in the lake and he told us “wherever you can cast” and he was not lying!! We caught SO many fish this weekend and even cooked up some bream on the fire for dinner. The road was no problem, you couldnt hear it that much from our tent anyways. Even if you feel like it is the property is so big theres a spot somewhere for everyone. Victor even let us borrow a table and an extra chair. The shower and toilet was such a great addition as well. Victor was extremely nice and helpful, and came and checked to see if we were catching fish. He was an awesome host and we will 100% be back ASAP!!

A great night stargazing last night, complete with a shooting star. Absolutely no light pollution from the site. Very low noise except frogs in the distance and light breeze in the trees. We’ve added this one to our favorites list and plan to come back. Great host on a working farm!
