I hobbled into Sunny Day Adventures on an almost-flat tire on Christmas Eve, thinking I would have to wait until the day after Christmas to get it repaired and then continue on my journey. But, lo and behold, the host has a tire shop behind the house! Joe patched up the tire on Christmas morning and I was on my way. What a Christmas blessing!
Extremely kind hosts, sweet family and cute Airedale puppy.
The camping spot has a full hook-up behind a little building used as an Airbnb. It is on a rather busy road, but the noise was barely noticeable. It felt like a peaceful country setting, even though it's just a couple of minutes from the historic town of Abbeville.
I highly recommend Sunny Day Adventures!

Was perfect for our overnight stay. Telly was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Great big sites with plenty space for our 33ft rig. This is the property drive past wishing you owned. A pond with a little beach perfect for some paddle boarding or kayak. Sounds of nature.
We used this a spot on the way to Georgia but wished we had more time to stay. Victor was very nice and he’s done an amazing work to the property making it comfortable with the electric water and sewer hook up. Our dog Rusty was excited to make friends with Victors dog blue and it was so cute seeing them sit outside the camper and play together. We will definitely be marking this as a must stop.

Telly is a great host! He was very helpful and communicative about the location. He even brought us firewood so that we could enjoy the fire pit onsite. The land was flat so we had no problem getting in and settled quickly. The location feels very private and secluded while being close to all city amenities. The sandy soil, southern magnolias , & the oaks decorated in Spanish moss made me feel right at home. We will be returning!

Absolutely loved our weekend. Spent the weekend on the water paddle boarding, watching the beautiful wildlife and just enjoying the peacefulness. Will definitely visit again!
