We're located 1 hour from NYC and 1.5 hours from Philadelphia and the closest national recreation area with millions of visitors each year. There are plenty of activities within the 45 acres: hiking, fishing, farming activities, bird watching, biking all on site. We have luscious fields of sustainably produced vegetables, fruit and flowers. Explore the Delaware river from our boat launch or one of the great canoe rental companies. Hike Mt. Tammany, Ski Shawnee Mt, walk the Appalachian Trail, visit America's oldest jazz club in Delaware Water Gap or visit the dozens of water falls surrounding our farm for a swim. (Autumn is camping season in the poconos, bring blankets and plan hikes for excellent fall foliage) We have 3 camping locations which you can park near with your vehicle. They are all private camps and out of sight from others. Our camps sites are for people that like camping in the mountains and near a working farm. Our farm and the community we built is focused on sustainable living with nature, local self reliance, and kindness. Also, feel free to join us in the fields, request a tour, pet a goat, smell a pig, and check out our DIY home renovation, (built with hempcrete). Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The quaint town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in those towns and other towns nearby areas are farm to table - excellent quality. Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment can be rented there from Lander's River Trips and tubes can be rented by Lothian House adjacent to the free parking lot. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. Check photos 3 Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 4 Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 5 Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 6 Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 7 Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. There are pink ribbons tied around the tree trunks to mark our boundaries-beyond those ribbons is our neighbor's property. 8 We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around. 9 Please clean up after your pet. Some of our favorite places to eat: The Laundrette Pizza, The Heron, and La Cigogne all in Narrowsburg. Sarah and Stein * Camp Blackbird is a 28 acre property that runs along Beltzville State Park in Carbon County, PA. So besides the camp, there is an additional 3,002-acres of state park to explore. There are a total of 2 sites. The land was vacant for decades and unfortunately used to dump household garbage during that time. We cleaned up the land, built a home and bat habitat. We, Sarah and Stein, always disliked renting a camp site somewhere and then ending up on top of people. So it was our goal to make space on our land for campers like us that want to be surrounded by nature, not other camp sites. A portion of the proceeds from your stay will be donated to bat habitat conservation and bat sanctuaries around the world. We are grateful for the hundreds of campers that have stayed with us. Thank you to all of you that have left a clean site and not made unnecessary noise that would disturb the countless species that share the forest with us. Also, Thank You for patronizing local businesses while you are here. We'll give you a map so you can see where to take a short walk to get to the lake. There are miles of hiking trails a few minutes walk from your campsite. Beltzville Lake is a great place for paddling. The boat launch is just a few minutes drive from Camp. In addition to the beautiful immediate surroundings, we are centrally located near many exciting destinations. Year round activities at Blue Mountain Resort, adventure on The Appalachian Trail, fine dining, biking the rail trail and whitewater rafting in Jim Thorpe, all within a 25 minute drive. The property is not suitable for parties or events. The area is a QUIET ZONE. Ideal for people looking to unplug from it all and become one with nature. It is teaming with wildlife and is ideal for birding. The hosts mission is to disturb wildlife and its habitats as little as possible. VERY IMPORTANT - NO PARTIES or unregistered guests on the property. There are other campgrounds in the area that are great for people who want to party. We welcome pets. Please add your photos! Especially of your dog camping! Check out the 300+ photos past campers have added. So many of them are dogs camping it up. We, the hosts, live on the property about 700 ft from the campsite. We try to have minimal interactions with the guests to ensure privacy and personal space but we're always reachable.

The campsites at the organic farm are great, spacious and secluded. A lot of birds and several deer were attracted by the pond. The farm is very close to the city and the trails, at very convenient spot for everything one needs. Communication with Eric was excellent! I would come again anytime.

We absolutely loved our stay at Adam's place and we already cant wait to go back! The site is so quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive to many of the great little towns in the area. Nearly every morning we awoke to wild turkeys wandering in the meadow, and saw many deer throughout the day. The view of the Delaware River down the hill never gets old! Eric’s land is beautiful, with walking trails, a pond, and 3 campsites that are far enough away from each other to make you feel like it is just you and the wilderness. He has farm animals but I could not hear them from my campsite. Peaceful place with no RVs. If you are a tent camper this is idyllic.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, the stay was fantastic. I took a risk, knowing it was going to be a chilly and rainy weekend with two almost teenage girls in tow. The yurt immediately banished all of their mixed feelings about camping this weekend and gave us an incredibly cozy, warm, and magical weekend in the woods. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Great for letting the kids just wander around and explore. The fire pit tent was fantastic for keeping us dry when it was raining while we cooked dinner and Tom was so very thoughtful and communicative about every aspect of our stay. Will 100% be going back confidently knowing the kids will make some more happy core memories. :)

Great private spot with easy access for our older rear wheel drive class-B RV. Dogs had a blast rubbing free playing in the tall grass while we tended the fire ring watching out over them towards the Delaware River. We enjoyed the starry night and will be back in the spring! We loved camping on Adam’s land. It was beautiful, private and serene. There is a large parking area that’s pretty level w a fire pit and a picnic table that has a lovely view down the property w the Delaware River in the background! Our dogs absolutely loved it. We had to wait for a flock of Turkeys to cross in front of us, halfway up the driveway, when we arrived and the night sky was stunning. Both the property and the electric hook-up were easy to find. Nice secluded property tucked up on a hillside. Great views to the North and overlooking the Delaware. Having full hookups was definitely a bonus! Adam was great to work with and very responsive. If you want a private getaway, look no further. Nights are tranquil and no sounds of any highways or traffic. Site is relatively flat, but be sure to bring levelers if you are a perfectionist. 100% recommend and will be coming back!

Forks Farm Market has been providing the community with locally produced foods every 2nd and 4th Saturday, May - December, for thirty years and has established itself as the area's first and only on-farm, producer-only farm market offering the local community chemical-free, pasture-raised meats, dairy, and farmstead cheese in addition to a wide variety of locally produced foods, fiber, and crafts from over twenty vendors. The campground is easily accessed from the Bloomsburg exit of Interstate 80, ten miles north on SR 487, and 1.5 miles east of Forks on Winding Road. The nearest major town is Bloomsburg, 10 miles to the south, and both Philadelphia and New York City are within a 3-hour drive.

Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The quaint town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in those towns and other towns nearby areas are farm to table - excellent quality. Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment can be rented there from Lander's River Trips and tubes can be rented by Lothian House adjacent to the free parking lot. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. Check photos 3 Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 4 Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 5 Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 6 Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 7 Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. There are pink ribbons tied around the tree trunks to mark our boundaries-beyond those ribbons is our neighbor's property. 8 We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. Sarah and Stein * Camp Blackbird is a 28 acre property that runs along Beltzville State Park in Carbon County, PA. So besides the camp, there is an additional 3,002-acres of state park to explore. There are a total of 2 sites. The land was vacant for decades and unfortunately used to dump household garbage during that time. We cleaned up the land, built a home and bat habitat. We, Sarah and Stein, always disliked renting a camp site somewhere and then ending up on top of people. So it was our goal to make space on our land for campers like us that want to be surrounded by nature, not other camp sites. A portion of the proceeds from your stay will be donated to bat habitat conservation and bat sanctuaries around the world. We are grateful for the hundreds of campers that have stayed with us. Thank you to all of you that have left a clean site and not made unnecessary noise that would disturb the countless species that share the forest with us. Also, Thank You for patronizing local businesses while you are here. We'll give you a map so you can see where to take a short walk to get to the lake. There are miles of hiking trails a few minutes walk from your campsite. Beltzville Lake is a great place for paddling. The boat launch is just a few minutes drive from Camp. In addition to the beautiful immediate surroundings, we are centrally located near many exciting destinations. Year round activities at Blue Mountain Resort, adventure on The Appalachian Trail, fine dining, biking the rail trail and whitewater rafting in Jim Thorpe, all within a 25 minute drive. The property is not suitable for parties or events. The area is a QUIET ZONE. Ideal for people looking to unplug from it all and become one with nature. It is teaming with wildlife and is ideal for birding. The hosts mission is to disturb wildlife and its habitats as little as possible. VERY IMPORTANT - NO PARTIES or unregistered guests on the property. There are other campgrounds in the area that are great for people who want to party. We welcome pets. Please add your photos! We have a beautiful campsite with about 200 feet of lake frontage, private waterfall and a beautiful dock. This spot has an electric hookup for your camper with a flat gravel pull through or back in pad. There is 1 picnic table and a fire pit with a grilling top The dirt road is great for walking and bike riding. If you want a place to relax and get back to nature, this is your place!!! We do provide a porta potty that is cleaned out once a week. if you have t mobile or AT&T you will get service. Verizon does not but we do offer a Hotspot as an add on.

Enjoy a peaceful RV and camping experience by the pond on my private property. Since I’m away most of the time, you’ll have the entire lot to yourself for a private and relaxing stay. Pet-friendly. 1 mile (3 mins) to highway 84. Level paved 120' x 50' driveway can accommodate most RVs. 50AMP NEMA 14-50 outlet with 30AMP adapter. There's only one campsite here, so you’ll have the whole pond to yourself—perfect for a quiet retreat or a fun fishing getaway. You'll have access to a full bathroom through a separate basement entrance. The bathroom is clean and functional, though basic and not fancy - just setting exceptions honestly. The pond is well-stocked with large bluegill, so bring your tackle—or use the fishing pole provided! If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help! Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The quaint town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in those towns and other towns nearby areas are farm to table - excellent quality. Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment can be rented there from Lander's River Trips and tubes can be rented by Lothian House adjacent to the free parking lot. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. Check photos 3 Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 4 Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 5 Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 6 Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 7 Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. There are pink ribbons tied around the tree trunks to mark our boundaries-beyond those ribbons is our neighbor's property. 8 We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around. 9 Please clean up after your pet. Some of our favorite places to eat: The Laundrette Pizza, The Heron, and La Cigogne all in Narrowsburg. Callicoon Wine Merchant, The Black Walnut, and Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery all in Callicoon. The North Branch Inn - North Branch, Conover Club at Callicoon Hills Guest House - Callicoon Center. The Walk In - Livingston Manor. There are many more! Go out and explore!
