Enjoy a peaceful RV and camping experience by the pond on my private property. Since I’m away most of the time, you’ll have the entire lot to yourself for a private and relaxing stay. Pet-friendly. 1 mile (3 mins) to highway 84. Level paved 120' x 50' driveway can accommodate most RVs. 50AMP NEMA 14-50 outlet with 30AMP adapter. There's only one campsite here, so you’ll have the whole pond to yourself—perfect for a quiet retreat or a fun fishing getaway. You'll have access to a full bathroom through a separate basement entrance. The bathroom is clean and functional, though basic and not fancy - just setting exceptions honestly. While everything was very nice, its a bit like camping in someone’s backyard. Proximity to the house and the road noise takes away from the camping feel. The firepit was so tall you couldnt see the “campfire,” so not something to sit around and enjoy the fire. However, the site was available late in the camping season and fit our location needs. The pond is pretty.

Tent camping in early fall w/ dogs!

I tent camped on Leo’s property for 4 nights with my dogs while we were attending a dog show in the area. The indoor bathroom was clean and perfect for warm showers. The wifi was perfect for being able to work remotely for a couple days, but I did need to be a bit closer to the house for it to load quick enough for my job. I felt very safe staying here. It is a very beautiful property too. My dogs loved being able to play in the pond in the afternoons. The only notable concern I will add for people staying with dogs, is that the property is right off of a fairly busy side road. Thankfully, my four dogs stayed pretty close to my tent and the pond because the driveway was fairly long and the treeline helped block the view of the road. But if your dogs do not have good reliable recall or are prone to following their noses and turning their listening ears off, it would be best to have them on a tie out or long line and watch them very closely so they don’t wander onto the road and risk getting hurt.

We planned on, staying 1 night. The gear box on our slideout sheared and we ended up staying 4 nights.. Leo was very accommodating.

I stayed at this site for one night, and I enjoyed my stay! The location was easy to find (using Google Maps), and was right off I-84, which made the travel convenient (from NJ). The place was clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for, such as Electricy Outlet, Water, access to bathroom, WIFI, firepit, multiple benches, table /w lots of chairs and so on. The pond was stocked with fish, and was the place I spent most of my time at. I would definately be revisiting soon!

Peaceful night, just a little traffic noise. Pretty pond and picnic area, but there is no post with utilities at the pond as shown in photos. We had to park right by the host's house. I met the host for a minute when he directed us into the drive. His listing says no physical address, so we ended up going past his driveway. There is a mailbox with a number in front of the driveway. The driveway is right after turning onto his road. Good for a night's stop, but not very private for a camping trip.

Had a great stay. Hanging was very responsive and a gracious host. Quiet evening by the pond after a long day of travel. Easy access to and from I81. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at The Pond! We only stayed one night on a long road trip, but it was close to the highway, which made it convenient for a travel day! Having access to a toilet and clean shower was an amazing perk! We have a large tent and had plenty of space to set it up near the pond. Our dogs also enjoyed walking the path around the pond. Overall, great stay!
