* Showers are seasonal, with the last day of use on October 15th. You’re welcome to bring your own portable shower and use the shower house for privacy.
* The shower system requires access to a cigarette lighter port (vehicle or portable battery) to power the pump.
* The property is solar-powered with no electrical hookups, so we recommend bringing flashlights and backup battery packs for charging devices. On low-sun days, solar lighting may be limited.
* During rainy or muddy conditions, and in winter, access to the hilltop sites may require 4WD, and even then, it is not guaranteed—especially in early spring. Please plan accordingly.

Creekside now has electric ceiling lights, hot plate, mini fridge, etc. With a king bed (or two twins) and a bunk bed set, the cabin can sleep 4, with room for extra cots if needed. The gazebo has an outlet as well. Please provide your own linens, cooking utensils, dishes, and other camping wear. Cabin can be heated with a woodstove. As of Spring 2026 our cabin is now fully insulated, with tile flooring. Warmer in in cold weather, and cooler during the summer.
Angelica NY is just a few miles up the road, where you will find cute antique shops, dollar general, post office, gas etc.
We love our little slice of private water side camping here in Angelica and hope you will take care of it like it was yours. Please no carving of names or dates in any structure, do not cut or chop down any living tree or vegetation. Our property has a lot of walnut trees- watch for falling nuts come late summer and fall! No dumping or putting anything down toilet pit except toilet paper!

The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. *Important note: Lake Rd is busy and there will be road noise that dies down after 11pm. There is a historic and active railroad line behind the cabin and you will hear the train pass through the day and night. Some people have found it cool or relaxing but others have not.
Nestled on its own 4-acre parcel within our family's 12-acre plot, this cozy retreat offers a private driveway and setting for your getaway.

The hosts philosophy is to not bother you at all during your stay unless you have a specific need or concern, so your stay is all yours. The price is kept low to reflect this a campsite rental, not a hosted Airbnb. With that said every effort is made to make things comfy.

There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Weekend Trip to Creekside on Camp Road
My dogs and I returned to Creekside this past weekend and were quickly reminded why we fell in love with this spot a few years ago. The new cabin was a wonderful addition and came equipped with thoughtful amenities, including fans, a hot plate, and a washing bin for hands + dishes. While I love tent camping, it was nice to have a dry indoor space and a real bed. :)
We spent most of the weekend relaxing by the creek and campfire, but also enjoyed a long hike at Letchworth. Creekside is private, peaceful, and safe - everything we look for in a camping getaway. We’ll definitely be back again!

We recently stayed at this cabin for our anniversary weekend to explore lake Erie and it was the absolute perfect choice for a getaway. The cabin itself is incredibly cozy and inviting; it has that warm, charming atmosphere that makes it hard to leave once you’ve settled in.
One thing we were curious about before arriving was the location, given its proximity to the road and railroad tracks. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was very quiet throughout our stay. The background noise blended in and It truly didn't impact the peacefulness of the weekend at all!
A quick tip for future guests: The cabin is well-stocked with some basic essentials, including the power station. which was incredibly helpful not needing to set up ours. I would recommend bringing along your own "goodies"—drinking waters, your favorite coffee, snacks, or specific pantry items—to really round out your stay. It’s the perfect setup if you like having the basics provided but want to personalize your treats.
Overall, we had an amazing experience. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We loved our trip! It was a perfect weekend get away for our family. We walked in the river, swam, went fishing, and just relaxed. We came with our 9 year old and 1 year old, they both had a great time!
The site has a nice covered pavilion with a gas grill, fire pit with a swing near by. The kitchen has a two burner stove, toaster over, fridge, keurig coffee maker, and sink. Hot water, AC, and dvd player and a ton of DVDs which was nice when the storm rolled in.
We definitely plan to come back for more outdoor adventures

I'm here at least once a year! I like that its rustic and the bed is soooo comfy. The hosts always is responsive and SO nice The fire pit is great. The porter potty is clean. Theres a propane grill top for your hot water, coffee and cooking needs. I like seclusion and this place offers that.

I hate to even leave this review because I'm afraid once people know it won't be available as much as I will want it! What an amazing place. The cabin is absolutely adorable and peaceful (we didn't notice the traffic and when you did hear the train it was actually soothing). It was so amazing to use a record player again, I haven't done that in years. You are given it great little map to the trails and art you'll find behind the cabin which was beautiful and touched your soul. It poured the entire time we were there and was still once of the most amazing Hipcamp experiences we've had. The hosts are absolutely amazing. Would leave you alone if that's what you wanted or would be there right away with help if needed. I can't say enough about this one! Will be going back every chance I get!!!!

We had plenty of wood!! I know that sounds so silly, but it's such an awesome perk to not have to search around to buy wood or be a scavenger for it! Oh, and the spot light to the "office" was great! Didn't have to find a flashlight or headlamp to go in the middle of the night! We went hiking everyday and it was so nice to come back to a cozy place and watch a dvd and make dinner!

We had an amazing stay at Angie’s Country Cabins B&B, truly a hidden gem. Angie is an incredible host who goes above and beyond, with attention to every little detail that makes the experience feel special. The cabin was cozy, beautifully decorated, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect romantic getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation. The breakfast was phenomenal, honestly one of the highlights of our stay.
We only wish we had more time there and will definitely be coming back.
For food nearby, Whiskey Hill Saloon was a 5 star dinner spot with a great atmosphere and delicious food. We also stopped by Ron’s Treasure, which was such a cool experience full of amazing antiques and history, and the owner is a genuinely sweet guy.
If you don’t mind a short drive, The Nana Peruvian Kitchen is absolutely worth it, some of the best Peruvian food we have had.
Highly recommend this whole experience to anyone looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy a peaceful romantic getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2 nights at Lake Of The Woods Cabin Camp
This trip was absolutely amazing. Brian is an attentive and friendly host with the utmost care for hosting people. The cabin was well-equipped and so incredibly cozy. We love the location, close enough to Tim Horton’s for us to grab coffee but on property that feels secluded and perfectly quiet and peaceful. For it being winter, we were lucky to have had the most incredible weather for February, giving us the opportunity to walk through the woods, explore and enjoy how beautiful the woods are with the snow. We will absolutely be back in other seasons, there was still so much for us to do and see in the area! Thank you, Brian for everything!
