On the property is a foundation that was said to be where one of the Youngers that rode with Jessie James lived in a shanty. Known as the “Younger Shanty”. I've owned this property for over 20 years and I want to offer the opportunity for people to share the very private setting.  Over the years, many people have enjoyed hanging out in our 20' x 32' party pavllion near the fire ring and the stream.  Lots of room for multiple campers and RV's.  Seasonal restrictions apply during snow periods and spring thaw periods.

Very secluded but only 1/2 mile off of paved road with stone road into cabin and only 20 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Built in the early 1940's of the Y.C.C Crew of PA. Learn more about this land:We have a small stream and wooded area right by Route 26 where you can pitch a tent and use our fire pit.  Vehicles including RVs or buses can pull in along the wooded area right along Route 26 and then walk across the bridge to access the tenting area, woods, fire pit, and creek.  (Our dogs may greet you from our fenced-in yard.)  There is a small convenience store/gas station, post office, and a newly opening tavern within walking distance, as well as hiking trails in the state forest.  Short drive to all that State College and Penn State University has to offer.
