Learn more about this land: We have 125 acre farm ranch that is waterfront on brownlee reservoir. We have 5 different camping vacations options. 1 cabin to rent. 1 camp trailer on a nice waterfront lot as well as 3 camp sports 1 with water and power hook ups (site. 2 water wheel) and 2 dry camp spots. we have a spot to launch boats which is right between sight 3 and 4. Good fishing. Very little boat traffic. Very private. In the fall big horn sheep frequently rut on the property. We usually have fresh eggs on hand. Dry climate. Sage brush and juniper trees here. We have an easy to access spot to fill up water to your camp trailers or rvs. The water is from a spring and Water tastes really good. We just added a 24ft pontoon boat for rent. This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain. Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

There is interior lighting but no exterior lighting, so bring headlamps or flashlights for nighttime use. Cooking amenities include a two burner propane stove with cast iron griddle, a private deck with propane grill, and a fully stocked cooking setup including dishes, utensils, spices and olive oil. The yurt is accessed by a short walk from the parking area and terrain may be uneven, muddy, snowy or icy depending on weather. In winter, AWD or 4WD with winter tires or chains is required. We live on the property but respect your privacy completely. You will not see us unless you request assistance. Learn more about this land: We have 125 acre farm ranch that is waterfront on brownlee reservoir. This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain. Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

Cooking amenities include a two burner propane stove with cast iron griddle, a private deck with propane grill, and a fully stocked cooking setup including dishes, utensils, spices and olive oil. The yurt is accessed by a short walk from the parking area and terrain may be uneven, muddy, snowy or icy depending on weather. In winter, AWD or 4WD with winter tires or chains is required. We live on the property but respect your privacy completely. You will not see us unless you request assistance. Great place, mama kitty gave us a great warm welcome and even spent the night with us in the tipi. They do have a propane heater for the tipi but you have to light it with a lighter so keep that in mind for cold nights! (We didn’t bring a lighter and wished we did because it got pretty cold)

Spot was a beautiful little oasis in the middle of Idaho plains. Was so cool to be nestled in farmland next to a streamer and actual green grass. Tyler went above and beyond to accommodate me and when we did get a chance to meet he was genuine, kind and gave me tomatoes and an onion from his garden! You can tell he loves hosting and sharing his beautiful space. Seriously grateful that I got to stay and experience it. Feels cinematic really. Thanks Tyler!

Catherine is a very Fine Host. And her place is accommodating and roomy. She also has a water hose that's long enough to reach your Trailer. Which was nice. Although not level, experienced RV'ers,(unlike me) can remedy that. It's close to the street, which doesn't bother me a lot.(LA Traffic) She has a Beautiful Place. And was very close to where I had something to do. Thank You.

Cute, safe spot for a quick overnight stop. No issues finding the location and setting up on the designated tent spot. We were able to squeeze a 4 person and a 2 person tent on the ‘designated’ established site. Super clean bathroom. Host was very respectful and courteous. Other reviews say the highway noise wasn’t noticeable but it was for us. Still didn’t take away from our experience.

This was absolutely breathtaking!! The long dirt road was an exciting adventure and the hosts met us when we arrived. Such a cute rustic cabin overlooking the river where you can walk and check out the area. They introduced us to the farm animals, which was such a delight. Purchased fresh ingredients from them for our breakfast and it was delicious! Lovely family and we definitely recommend! Thank you again for everything, until next time!

Our stay was wonderful. The orchard was filled with fresh fruit , that was absolutely delicious.. Terri and her husband were awesome . We even got to enjoy a great bottle of wine that Terri offered up. The property was very well kept. Even though the tent site was close to the county road we still felt safe and comfortable. We even got a helpful hand from the resident dog to set up our tent. Highly recommend Terri-land . Look forward to staying there again.

the site was gorgeous!! it was easy to find, close to the freeway, but not close enough to be kept up all night by the sound of cars passing by. tyler was very easy to contact, and met me outside to show me around. the porta potty was very clean, and stocked well with toilet paper.
