75 Acre parcel located in Sprucedale Ontario. Less than 1 hour to Algonquin Park, 25 Minutes to Arrowhead Park, 10 Minutes to Buck lake. Less than 1km away is also The Seguin Trail System for snowmobiling and ATVing. Property is dense bush and forest with approximately 6 kms of trails cut in the forest. Ideal for hiking and exploring, walking your dog or mountain biking. In Winter sled dogs can run on these groomed trails. Bring your ATV and stay overnight while you plan your day trips on the ATV trails nearby. Note**** although trails are large enough for regular vehicles, only ATVS, Quads, Snowmobiles, dirt bikes etc will be allowed on the trails. And only to get to and from the sites. Please use the Ontario ATV trails located down the street for ongoing riding. There is a large parking area where you can leave your vehicle safely. Gates are typically open as this is I occupy this property. In and out of the property is easy to do Large shared open area that has a large fire pit and can be used as a gathering place at night or to set up a volley ball court or horseshoe pitch.
