With access to the picturesque Molalla River, you can enjoy fishing, relaxing in the lounge chairs provided, or under cover of my "Cowzebo".

More about the property:
- This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- alive (egg layers for your back yard flock) and dead (meat birds in the freezer and available for your camp dinner). Two cows roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm..
-My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful.
-There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a compost TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot.
-There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs).
- There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river.
- FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. If your dog is aggressive or timid, please consider other accommodations.

We purchased this slice of paradise in 2003 as a place to relax, recharge, and someday build our dream home. It started as nothing more than a gravel road leading to a small clearing with an old bus and a couple decks. Our children have grown up out here learning a deep respect for nature and the real (non digital) world. Now empty nesters, we live on site. Part of our retirement planning is to spend next several years developing the lower portion of the property (approx. 15 acres) into a campground and retreat for our guests, as well as our own family, friends, and grandchildren.
The campground area (currently) consists of a handful of primitive campsites, and a group area. We are working steadily on improvements, including adding more sites, improving the roadways, and upgrading the common areas. Brad’s hip camp is absolutely stunning! I had such a peaceful night solo camping and I highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back for sure. Also, this is a GREAT place for birding! I saw a hermit thrush (new lifer) among many others.

It was absolutely beautiful...an oasis of forest among the surrounding farmlands. We enjoyed to site, it was near the pond. sauna and outhouse, so everything was nearby. Nobody was at site 3, (which is pretty close by) so we had total privacy. We had a lovely time and would go there again!

10 Fold Farm was absolutely lovely! Staying cool amongst the trees and getting to sunbath and fish down at the river was the best of both worlds. Walking amongst the chickens and having Melanie's sweet dogs near by made the trip exquisite! Absolutely would come and again and recommend to friends.

We loved camping at Zen Acres. The grounds are incredibly well kept and their communication was top notch. Prior to arrival Mike sent updates about finding the campgrounds and they even offered firewood and ice delivery. Having one less thing to pack made a huge difference. Ill definitely be coming back!

First night we were the only ones in the camp area. Super peaceful, owls hooting up in the trees was soothing. Next few nights shared songs around the campfire with family that came in the next day. Also spent the day in a chair with our toes in the cool river.

This is a beautiful place! The way Kim had made it special with the cabin and the tasting area is really great. Very peaceful and not too far away from McMinnville if you were silly like us and forgot to bring food. The dogs also loved it!

Brad was an excellent host. He came out at night to guide me to the right camp spot, and spent time in the morning giving me ideas for further travel. The sauna looks cool, but unfortunately there’s a burn ban in the area so it couldn’t be used.
