Fishing, swimming and paddling in the McKay reservoir less than a mile away. Visit downtown Pendleton, home to the Round Up! The longest continuously running rodeo in the US! We have lots to do with a bustling downtown, visit the Round Up Hall of Fame,  Pendleton Underground tours, the Children’s Museum, the Pendleton Art Center and lots of great restaurants.  We have 2 tent sites that are accessible by foot you will have to pack your gear to the sites.If you want to car camp or have a van you will need to camp in our driveway space. Great experience we came in the last minute in the evening. It was starting to rain and the owners moved the porta-potty, which comes with a wash station closer to our site. In the evening and overnight, the train came through a few times that it was more nostalgic, then disruptive. We definitely stay here again!

Nice spot. Super helpful camp host provided firewood, which we were too tired to use. Spot was quiet. Restrooms were very clean. We were there on a Monday, so most of town was closed. But very short walk to what looked like some nice restaurants.

Enjoy the company of Lora, the daytime guard dog, and sheep if you camp in the pasture!

We loved our tent camping experience here — the photos don’t do it justice! The site felt very private, and the trees around our campsite provided great shade while we were sleeping, cooking, and even sheltering from some light rain. The campsite is well equipped with everything you could need: bathrooms, shower, picnic table and a fire pit. We especially enjoyed the abundance of birds along the river — their songs and the sounds of wildlife at night were so calming. We’re very grateful for this experience. Thank you, Roger!

This was a solid place to stay for the night. Safe and generally quiet and the camp host was friendly and helped us find our spot - thank you! It's more of a campground than a typical HipCamp and note that the "grassy field" is a bit of a stretch (mostly dirt), but overall I'd stay here again.

Gina is amazing and so accommodating. This place is quiet and relaxing. Definitely a much better option than staying in the hustle and bustle of Pendleton. We will make sure we come back here and enjoy some of the other events they do throughout the year. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Absolutely amazing! Clean bathrooms, potable water, river walk and farm animals. Very peaceful and quiet. I didn't notice the occasion train and slept peacefully through the night. I loved site 13 as we had a view of the vineyard. Support the towns restaurants. Excellent service at both! We would definitely stay again when visiting the area. Hosts very responsive. I wish them great success in this quirky town.
