Camp right on the Applegate river with us and enjoy the song of water on the rocks! Relax into the end-of-the-road privacy while still being 10 min to Grants Pass and 5 min to the nearest convenience store.
We have 5 acres of grass and conifers, with madrone and oak and big leaf maple throughout. There are alders and cottonwood by the water. The main house is at the top of the property. We have several fire pits and places to camp in tents, hammocks, or RVs. We have delicious well water and fire wood stocked.
We are a large family of colorful people and animals living a little up river from the merge with the Rogue River. We are open to animal guests, but there are free range chickens and cats, as well as small children on the property.

I didn’t know what to expect but I really enjoyed the location and the waterfront view. Wasn’t too crowded and felt safe. It’s a little expensive coming from TX, but that’s ok and I got a lot of value for my 3 nights. Would stay again.
Tip: Have some common sense about what you leave outside (as it is with any city) and you won’t risk a bad time.

This site is great due to its perfect location. Close to shops, activities, redwood national park and the beach. It’s a parking lot with bits of grass, so no trees but seems its doesn’t get too hot since you’re by the pacific ocean and receiving cool wind. We were hesitant since it didn’t have reviews but we would definitely stay here again!

The campsites may not be fancy pants but the beach and the food are absolutely amazing. We talked to our neighbors and they all felt the same way the place down at the end that charter blue building has the best fish and seafood and the ocean, and the beach are to die for. Restrooms were clean we didn’t use the laundry but that’s OK. We are just done laundry yesterday. Thank you for having a space for us to stay. We loved it our whole family. We were only there overnight, so we didn’t really use the campground that much because we were on the beach the whole time or down eating

The site is set away from people and immediately adjacent to the water, sure enough slept well with the sound of the gurgling water. Plenty of free firewood.
