Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby.
NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.
Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

This is a beautiful, quiet spot close to Crater Lake National Park. The bathrooms are clean, and we had access to everything we needed. There are mosquitoes and flies, but we came prepared and just ate our meals in our camper. We will keep this in mind for our next trip to this area.

Great tent, camping spot. Privacy was so so, but it didn’t really matter because there weren’t many people there.. we were set up right by the bathrooms…. But that was the best part.. best camp bathrooms! A lot of thoughtful touches in this space. You will have a hot shower and proper toilet set up. Highly recommended.

Tracy and her brother Curt were very kind and hospitable. The site was large, quiet, and conveniently located beside the shower house/restrooms which were very clean. Tracy's directions were perfect and our 40' Class A and tow vehicle fit without issue. Tracy allowed us use of their kayaks and laundry which was a huge blessing. The only downside was the mosquitos--they were numerous and ravenous-so come prepared with more than just bug spray. Beautiful setting, very close to a Kimball State campground and an easy drive to Crater Lake. Our kayak upstream to the headwaters at Kimball campground was arduous and took about 3 hours--with many stops to rest and enjoy the view. The return trip, with the current pushing us along, was only 45 minutes.

The site was quiet and peaceful. Not much of a view since our 5th wheel was facing the bathrooms. The mosquitoes were an issue. Didn’t matter how much repellent we put on - they were a nuisance. Short walk down to a near by stream which we had permission to use the canoe. That was awesome! Short distance to Crater Lake National Park.

Tracy gave very clear and specific directions which allowed us to find the site easily. Looks just like in the photos.
The bathroom was very clean and pleasantly surprised that it’s stocked with a couple of comfort items (make up remover, paper towels).
We were well made aware of mosquitos present which thankfully allowed us to prepare accordingly. They are indeed no joke and ruthless so unfortunately deterred us from enjoying the outdoors with our young children. For this reason I don’t recommend coming this time of year (early July). The ground squirrels are adorable though and otherwise the site is beautiful and conveniently located for Crater Lake exploration.

I loved my nearly two weeks here in the RV site. So beautiful, so peaceful. Miles of walking and a beautiful state park next door. It was special to be so close to nature - including the bugs! - lots of wildlife and beautiful places to explore. Easy run up to Crater Lake, wonderful hosts. Thank you for having us Tracy!

Wonderful hosts - very friendly. Went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed and more. We were impressed! Beautiful location - mostly shade with some sun. Got to see deer and wild turkey from our tent. However, is very much within view of property home and neighbors, so if privacy is your thing, seek a more rural location.
Overall a great spot for an overnight stay. Felt very safe and secure there. Would highly recommend!
