Cute local spot, plenty of parking and cool vibe for kids. Lots to explore. Highly recommend using that stove on cold nights! Dan and fsmily were great.

I enjoyed Tipi in town as I felt well cared for. I visited in drippy November and the hosts checked in routinely, supplied me with wood for the stove and provided an extra sleeping bag for comfort.
As a dog owner, I was delighted by proximity to Willamette and Avery parks for wiggles and sniffs.

2 nights at Tipi in Town
Great spot to stay in Corvallis. Host was very accommodating and the stay was quite comfortable. Noise level was about to be expected for being in town, but certainly not bothersome. Would def stay there again when in Corvallis.

The tipi, land, amenities, and bathroom were exactly as described, as shown in pics, but the experience was better! Dan and Rebecca were fabulous hosts, gave us suggestions of local areas to check out, answered questions, made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Dan even took some archery time with my daughter, very special. The wood stove in the tipi works really well and kept it toasty! Make sure to bring sleeping pads and bags. Our dogs did well, loved it there. Definitely recommend- we’ll be back for sure!

We loved it here! Host was super nice and responsive to our messages. Quiet and out of the way but not too far from the coast. Nice covered area to eat and a fire pit a few feet away. 10/10 would recommend!

It was great exploring the Oregon Coast, and then having our own private sanctuary, where the dogs could be off-leash in a contained environment. Unlike the crowded State Campgrounds on the Coast.

This spot definitely was a gem! Very quiet and private :) the kids loved the room to run and play, especially in the river. We were able to use our paddle boards to explore. The outdoor kitchen was one of the best features. We brought our small RV and we were able to cook and do dishes outside, which is a plus because it can get quite crowded in the RV at times. The string lights were a great addition for the evening s'more time!

We had a fantastic time at this spot! Everything was provided. I especially loved the teepee and bell tent. The provided cot was plenty cozy. The compost toilet was clean and kept up. It's right on a road, but very few cars came by in the four days we were there. The river was a great escape from the heat. I highly recommend this spot!

3 nights at Yaquina Bend
Hollie’s hip camp is well stocked in a beautiful area. The teepee and canvas tent held several cots to sleep on. The site was very clean and well thought out. The river is very clear about waste high in most areas, deep enough to float. Even though it is right off of the highway the traffic is very light and was not noisy. I would definitely recommend this site.

This spot was perfect for us and our dog! It was private, quiet, spacious, and had more amenities than we were expecting! We actually brought too much. Really a fantastic place to have a chill weekend near the coast. Made camping super easy and comfortable.

The land was located in a really beautiful area. We really appreciated how remote it was, and the views of the river were remarkable. We really enjoyed the spot and our dog and toddler really loved swimming in the river. We plan on returning in the future

Loved staying in this charming, well maintained yurt. The private composting toilet is close by connected by the deck. The outdoor shower is warm & welcoming. There is a cottage 100ft or so away, but it is still very quiet & peaceful. Rope lights illuminate the deck and add to the charm. There is even a mini fridge. A neighboring rooster gives a wake up call.

Weekend Trip to Peaceful, Natural Building Oasis
Chloe's yurt was lovely and a perfect getaway for a peaceful weekend. Even though the weather was a little chilly, we stayed wonderfully warm and enjoyed the charm of the outdoor amenities. The care that Chloe and their community have put into tending the land around this little abode was apparent and a joy to be surrounded by.

I came with a campervan snd Dan helped me get it parked safely after we arrived well after dark. They had a fire going when we woke the next morning. Would definitely stay again!
