Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land. Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. The land which we call home is 100 acres of beautiful protected forest and sits upon a mile of the Illinois River. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a widely diverse population of flora and fauna. As caretakers of this sacred land, we feel a strong responsibility to honor our plant and animal allies by not only protecting them and their habitat, but also to help educate others about what lives and grows here by providing people with opportunities to experience the beauty of these plants and animals for themselves. For this reason, We are honored to host the many different groups who will gather here on this land for learning and communing with the nature that flourishes here. Sustainable Ecovillage is an off-grid project for sustainable living. If you are looking for a unique experience and up for rustic accommodations among goats, chickens, a permaculture food forest with a few off-grid perks, we welcome you to join us in our mountainous, wilderness paradise! Our 160-acre property is surrounded by about a million acres of National Forest. Our neighborhood is all made of trees, huckleberry bushes and animals. We love it here. It is very remote, peaceful, and functionally sustainable in its focus. The closest neighbor is a Buddhist Hermitage about a mile up the forestry road. Also, supposedly, Sasquatch live here! (it is the epicenter for documented sightings). Most visitors to the area are interested in spending time in the redwoods – we are about 30-45 minutes from the nearest entrance to Jedediah Smith Park, home of Stout Grove and other beautiful redwood hikes. Driving into Crescent City, about 45-60 minutes, winds you right through the "gentle giants" on your way to or from Redwood National Park. We are self-sufficient, and sustainable in a relatively primitive set-up, especially after the fire this year. It's mountainous and remote, and we have a community agreement about no smoking (of any kind) on our land.

You will appreciate the peace and quiet of this little cabin on Rock Creek, situated on 11 acres of forest in Williams Oregon. The only sounds you'll hear are the birds in the trees and the flowing creek water. Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the confluence of Rock Creek and East Fork Williams Creek. A bridge crosses Rock Creek and there is a hiking trail beyond. Our garden hot tub is a welcome place to soak and enjoy the stars at night. Its an older tub but still keeps the water at 102 degrees. Our cabin has a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, teapot, crockpot, toaster, and 2-cup coffee maker, plus a few dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans - enough for simple meal preparation. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided. The cabin has a small woodstove as its only heat source. A little wood can be provided, and we provide newspaper, matches, and fire starters. There is an abundance of kindling around the property - great for getting a fire going. The stove holds 18" x 4" split logs, if you have some to bring. There are two smaller stuffed chairs, and two bar stools at a counter/bar with views of the creek. The bathroom has a shower and vanity sink, and towels and toiletries are provided. There is hot and cold running water, although the 3-gallon hot water heater limits showers to less than 5 minutes. Nice sturdy steps lead up to the loft upstairs which has an 8" full-sized (wider than a twin but narrower than a queen) memory foam mattress with fresh linens. The loft is low and cozy which allows the camper to sit up on the bed but not stand up. A compost toilet is about 100 yards away, and has a rechargeable motion detector indoor light. Bring your flashlights to find the compost toilet as well as the hot tub as the property is very dark. WiFi is available. The password is listed in the binder on the table. Some games and puzzles are provided.

An AWD vehicle is required to safely reach the home.**

The sites are great. The amenities mostly okay. The showers are not private, however. They do not feel safe, as anyone can walk in. Some of the shower stalls have curtains, but there are no lockable doors. Another issue is that they don’t have what they advertise as EV charging. It is an outlet that you can plug a trickle charger into, and you would have to park your car next to the communal kitchen in the middle of a walkway for days to charge. This is impractical and a lie at worst, a lack of knowledge and false advertisement at best.. They do NOT have what they emailed me saying they do, which is a standalone EV charging station. Charge your car before you get there, because otherwise you could be stranded. When I approached the camp host about this issue during normal business hours, they appeared inebriated on something and had no idea what I was asking. There was no understanding whatsoever. I walked away having no solution. This to me is careless and unprofessional.

I can't believe this place has been right in my backyard and i never knew it existed! Only 40 minutes from my home its the perfect place for a women's group getaway. The land is magical , all the amenities were a pleasant surprise! We absolutely loved every second we were there and plan to make this a regular on our list of favorite places to getaway to. The host, AJ, that greeted us upon arrival was fabulous and friendly!

Cedar Bloom was such a delight to camp on. We took full advantage of the swimming hole, the tea room, the kitchen, and the open showers. It was an excellent place to stop and relax on our way back down to SoCal. It will definitely be added as a stop whenever I head up again.

This cozy hobbit style cottage allowed us the opportunity to escape wifi and work together and just get away from it all. You can do that here. The whole of the land is especially beautiful with many bubbling rolling creeks and green woodlands. This is a place with great big crayfish, little garter snakes, baby salmon, a few friendly bats, and also blackberry further up the trails. An amazing unique natural place where you feel like you're camping and have the whole campground yourself. My wife and I loved it and plan to to return

This is by far one of the best campsites I’ve ever stayed at. The swimming areas are epic. So incredibly beautiful and perfect for swimming. My friend and I came for Labor Day weekend, and I can’t begin to describe how lovely this place is. The people we met were so incredibly kind. It is obvious that a lot of love is put into caring for the land, and making it a special place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The property is quiet and peaceful. We saw baby and mama deer as we were driving in. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and inviting, and the sauna is out of this world! The shower overlooking the river with a bench you can sit on and stargaze at night is absolutely magical!We spent a lot of time showering, saunaing , basking in the sun and swimming in the beautiful river! The land is comfortable for tent camping, and the perfect combination of sun and shade under the tall trees. The teahouse and the commercial kitchen for use of the campers is another wonderful perk. We also loved the ability to wash our dishes in the sink so nearby to our camp spot out in the forest. You could feel how special this place is from the moment you set foot on the property.
