🏕 Welcome to Triple Nickel Pines Cabins 🏕 Tailored as a cozy escape, perfect for couples and solo adventurers looking to unwind. For safety and comfort reasons, we are unable to accommodate children. located on 5 peaceful wooded shared acres on the outskirts of Grants pass & Merlin, Oregon. 5 peaceful acres; offering a perfect blend of nature, privacy, and relaxation. Nestled in the woods between Grants Pass & Merlin (8 mins from Merlin &15mins from Grants Pass). TNP is perfect for a couples getaway and each cabin has its own porch, hot tub and area overlooking the pine trees. You will have your own oasis on your deck. The garden area is a active garden that contributes to the farms stand & alpaca rescue. Things to Do: - Take a hike through nearby trails just a few min drive away - Visit the alpacas, handfeed them and learn about their rescue story's - Relax and unwind in the hot tub (must follow hot tub rules) - Cozy up by the fire with a good book or board games After a day of hiking, rafting, or exploring the great outdoors, return to your peaceful tiny house retreat to relax after a day of adventure. Alpaca Rescue: Take time to connect with the calming presence of our rescued alpacas. These gentle, affectionate animals are always happy to greet guests ( Some of the rescues take time to warm up). Spending time with them—feeding, watching, or simply observing—brings a quiet joy that adds an extra layer of relaxation to your stay. Alpaca Rescue & Pet Policy: Visit our heartwarming alpaca rescue and spend some time with our gentle, friendly alpacas. These animals thrive in a calm, safe environment, so we ask that you check to be sure pets are allowed in your specific cabin as NOT all cabins allow pets. PETS RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED! This ensures the safety of our alpacas and free-range chickens that roam the property. We strive to create a peaceful experience for all guests—human and animal alike. The cabin is as described in the description and pictures and captions, please carefully read them all! POWER OUTAGES – Do to high temperatures in the summer time, power outages outside of our control are a possibility. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy so you may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance.

After a day of exploring; stargaze in your cabins outdoor bath-tubs, enjoy the peaceful wooded view from the hot tub or roast smores by the fire pit. Perfect little getaway! 🏕 Welcome to Tiny House Living at Triple Nickel Pines Farm & Cabins 🏕 The Pine Tree Tiny Cottage is tailored as a cozy escape, perfect for couples and solo adventurers looking to unwind. For safety and comfort reasons, we are unable to accommodate children. Located on 5 peaceful wooded shared acres on the outskirts of Grants pass & Merlin, Oregon. (We are 8 mins from Merlin & 15 mins from Grants Pass in the scenic area). The Tiny Cottage has its own porch overlooking the pine trees. On your porch you will find 2 outdoor bath-tubs to stargaze/watch wildlife and relax while listening to some music. You will have your own oasis on your deck with your own propane fire pit and a 2 person hot tub to enjoy the wooded view. There is a Shared ( with the other Tiny house nearby) wood fire pit w/ seating area, movie projector, stock tank pool, BBQ & common area for you and the other Tiny house guests to enjoy. We work hard to make sure each cabin has its own space, but the cabins are in close proximity to each-other. Included in your stay are free Wi-Fi, TV (Dish network & Netflix), shared Washer/Dryer unit, and an electronic gate remote for your convenience and security. We are pet- Friendly but REQUIRE all dogs & Service animals to be kept on leashes when outside as we have free range animals. You are fully responsible for your animal at all times! Included: Cottage is 239 sq ft -Netflix -Dish Cable -Internet -Hot tub -propane firepit -Private Deck -Shared wood firepit -Shared stock tank pool -Shared outdoor movie projector area The other Tiny house and Tiny Cabin(s) are in close proximity to each-other with the shared fire-pit common area off to the side. Each Tiny Cabin has its own unique setting and oasis for privacy and relaxation.

Included: Cabin is 191 sq ft -Netflix -Dish Cable -Internet -Hot tub -propane firepit -Private Deck -Shared wood firepit -Shared stock tank pool -Shared outdoor movie projector area The other Sugar Pine Tiny house, Tiny Cottage and Tiny Cabin are in close proximity to each-other ( Tiny House & Sugar Pine are attached like a duplex with sound proof walls and separate entrances). All the Cabins have a shared fire-pit common area off to the side. Each Tiny Cabin has its own unique setting and oasis for privacy and relaxation. Book one tiny cabin or all for family/friend retreats and enjoy the space. The owners house is also nearby if you need anything. Parking area and circle driveway is also shared ( Tiny house(s) and private residence) but there are signs specific for your parking.

Peaceful and Relaxing cabin getaway
Tiny Cabin in the woods w/
We absolutely loved our stay in the tiny cabin. From our personal hot tub on the deck, we could watch the alpacas and wild turkeys. The little farm store was great. The cabin small and cozy with everything needed to just relax and enjoy ourselves. The property is just far enough out that it is so quiet and peaceful. We were close enough to easily explore the area as well. We loved everything about this place. It was the perfect choice for our anniversary. A great escape from the crazy busy day to day life. We highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again.

So adorable and cozy! Dezerae really pulled out all the stops. We wished we could’ve stayed another night. We got in the hot tub at night and then took baths overlooking the beautiful view in the morning!

Easy stay, fun view.

Absolutely no hesitation about staying here again and recommending to others. Lovely private view of the woods from the deck and when inside (cozy in bed!). Dezerae was available, if needed, but instructions prior to arrival and in the cottage are very clear and thorough, so it's easy to come and go and do your own thing. An induction burner, pots and pans, knives are there, so if you visit a farm stand in the area you can prepare a propper meal (or eat out--I enjoyed the taco spot in Merlin!).

Tiny Cottage w/Hot-tub/ bathtubs
We loved our stay here and are looking forward to coming back! It had everything we needed—plus it has a hot tub in addition to the two clawfoot tubs on the porch. It was private and peaceful and we loved the visits from Cally the cat and the chickens. The hosts are super friendly, accessible if needed, and they include lots of special touches that made the stay extra special. It’s a wonderful little retreat.

Tiny Cabin in the woods w/hottub
What a lovely, cute “cabin.” Everything was as described - which means it’s not really a cabin or camping or even “glamping.” More like a small AirBnb in a wooded area. My only complaints are extremely minor and relate to the hot tub, as that was the reason we were there. It was over chlorinated, so much that it hurt our eyes and throats a little bit. At least it was clean! Also, when it was even a little windy, the privacy curtains would blow around and thus would no longer provide much privacy. This could easily be solved by adding some weights or some kind of attachment system in the bottom of the curtains. Everything else was great! Callie the cat was cute. It was a little too wet to take advantage of the grounds, but they were very nice.
