33 ft fifth wheel
Brad and Jen met us as we arrived and guided us to our spot, which is the middle of a grassy area just behind their home. Sitting between their lovely animals, we spent two nights recovering from a 5 week cross country and through Oregon (twice) and Washington state. It was quiet enough and they have a great picnic area to use.
We are a 33’ fifth wheel and we brought some limbs down as we came into the property. If you are at or larger than 13’3” height, I would speak to either Brad or Jen first to ensure those have been cut back so you can get in and out with damaging your roof or destroying their lovely trees and shrubs. Thanks, guys! We had a great stay with you.

This was our second time at Wild Hare. It is a peaceful place to park our motorhome. I think that the wandering chickens intimated our cats. Again, Brad was helpful. Thanks a lot.

Cute farm a short hop from downtown Jacksonville and the Britt Festival. Parking our RV there and ubering to the festival was a hassle free and affordable alternative to the parking hassles most attendees had to deal with.

Lots for kids to do at the campground, the cabin was very quiet. We had a wonderful time. Clean. There is a small store that has everything you left at home. Laundry room with microwave and toaster, large industrial dishwashing area. Would recommend and would visit again.

We had a great time at Sunny Valley campground. The cabin we stayed was comfortable and spacious. The swing on the porch is a huge plus. We were able to enjoy the pool, the playground and kids loved the jumper. Staff is super nice and they make sure you are having a good stay. We would come back for sure!

I had one of the cabins, and it was lovely. It was shaded, and came with a tiny refrigerator, and a fan, which are both luxuries when you’re camping! And on the day I got there, Brandon was cooking ribs to practice for their rib cook off next weekend (and they were excellent!). The restrooms were very clean and well-maintained, as are the grounds. The property is quiet and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to friends and will hopefully be back again.

The information from the host was clear and we appreciated all of the good communication ahead of time. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the chickens and goats and the rural amazingness of our stay. The only thing that could have made it better for us was the option to add power, but we did well with dry boondocking.

Sunny Valley is a great spot to camp with or without kids. We originally stayed as a couple but loved it so much that we made a point to come back with the kiddos. Clean bathrooms and showers, lots of activities and relaxing atmosphere. The host, Brandon, is so friendly and kind! His generosity was the cherry on the cake!
