Dogs are harmless but do bark when they do not know you... City of Springfield is less than three miles away. A Sheets and Loves Truckstop are 300 yards away with the Loves having a dump station. Next door to this property is a BP Station and Carryout. The Loves Truckstop has a Wendys, Subway, and dog park. Sheets also has a food court. All within walking distance. Great location as Columbus is 30 min to the east, Dayton is 25 min to the west. 13 min to I 675 and 20 min to Interstate 75 N/S. I 71 N/S Columbus is 35 min away in downtown Columbus... NOTE: Little over a quarter of a mile off of Interstate 70, and on a State Route, If looking for absolute silence and desolation, this is not for you. Back off of the road but all the sounds carry.....

You can hike on our property to get scenic views of the Little Miami River Valley or spend time exploring Halls Creek (just down the street), the Fort Ancient Mounds, and others. We know other special local spots we can let you in on, too. We are just a 1/2 mile from the Little Miami Bike Trail and close to Caesar's Creek, Cowan Lake, YMCA's Camp Kearn, and Camp Joy. Plain Folk Music Cafe, Fresh to Morrow, Valley Vineyards, and Little River Cafe, are also short drives if you want to grab a bite to eat and vibe on some cool, local hangouts. This is a primitive site with no amenities, just a lovely meadow. We make an effort to keep it mowed but there are times in the year the grass gets out of hand, please be aware. Ticks and chiggers can be present depending on the season, so be advised. The campsite is in an open meadow on our 5 acre property, next to the ruins of what was one of the oldest barns in the county (there are still some beautiful stone walls left). You will be surrounded by trees and the spot is completely private. Directly across the road from our property (a 5 minute walk) is the Little Miami Scenic Trail, the third longest paved trail in the US (amazing for biking). The unique village of Yellow Springs is only a 5 minute drive away with a great local grocery store and several cafes. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING. Notes: 1) (no RVs or trailers) cars need to park at the entrance of the meadow where there is gravel. Campers got stuck in the meadow due to rain/mud (which is why we do not allow RVs or trailers). 2) If you need to go number 2 please dig a cat hole at least 6" deep. There is an open public toilet in Yellow Springs and several businesses with open bathrooms. 3) The campsite is right off of Route 68. You cannot see cars from the site but you can hear them. The amount of noise from cars is lower at night. 4) The meadow is ideal for tent camping, though it is NOT a built campsite so it is on a somewhat steep slant at spots.

Smallmouth Bass fishing is awesome on Todd’s Fork and we have plenty of area to Wade fish.

For the TITUS RD DISPERSED SITE, I have a 30 day limit (longer is possible if OK'd before stay) Note, we have a rear patio porch and deck on the back of the house that we use and is in sight. 6 dogs between daughter next door (South side of barn) and us but both have fenced in yards that we try to keep the dogs in when campers are present. Dogs are harmless but do bark when they do not know you... City of Springfield is less than three miles away. A Sheets and Loves Truckstop are 300 yards away with the Loves having a dump station. Next door to this property is a BP Station and Carryout. The Loves Truckstop has a Wendys, Subway, and dog park. Sheets also has a food court. All within walking distance. Great location as Columbus is 30 min to the east, Dayton is 25 min to the west. 13 min to I 675 and 20 min to Interstate 75 N/S. I 71 N/S Columbus is 35 min away in downtown Columbus... NOTE: Little over a quarter of a mile off of Interstate 70, and on a State Route, If looking for absolute silence and desolation, this is not for you. Back off of the road but all the sounds carry.....

This is a primitive site with no amenities, just a lovely meadow. We make an effort to keep it mowed but there are times in the year the grass gets out of hand, please be aware. Ticks and chiggers can be present depending on the season, so be advised. The campsite is in an open meadow on our 5 acre property, next to the ruins of what was one of the oldest barns in the county (there are still some beautiful stone walls left). You will be surrounded by trees and the spot is completely private. Directly across the road from our property (a 5 minute walk) is the Little Miami Scenic Trail, the third longest paved trail in the US (amazing for biking). The unique village of Yellow Springs is only a 5 minute drive away with a great local grocery store and several cafes. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING. Notes: 1) (no RVs or trailers) cars need to park at the entrance of the meadow where there is gravel. Campers got stuck in the meadow due to rain/mud (which is why we do not allow RVs or trailers). 2) If you need to go number 2 please dig a cat hole at least 6" deep. There is an open public toilet in Yellow Springs and several businesses with open bathrooms. 3) The campsite is right off of Route 68. You cannot see cars from the site but you can hear them. The amount of noise from cars is lower at night. 4) The meadow is ideal for tent camping, though it is NOT a built campsite so it is on a somewhat steep slant at spots.

Loved this spot… although we made a mistake and had planned for an electric hookup for heat. We stayed one night anyway and loved having even a short time on this property. The farm was really an incredible property. We brewed coffee on the provided propane stove and enjoyed a quiet morning on the swing by the creek while enjoying our hot coffee. It felt like a happy accident that we accidentally stumbled on a site that we’ll return to with our solar panels for a boondocking trip in the future. And If you are a tent camper, this spot is one of the best we’ve seen, hands down. Book now!

Definitely recommend booking this campsite! It was a lovely property, including highland cows (a baby was born just a few weeks ago!), the farmhouse, and the campsite itself. The land is very private, we were able to access the property with ease. The camp sites were distanced very nicely as we didn’t really hear or see anyone else. Access to the creek was easy, the creek water was very clear in nature. We did some fishing and caught 4 large mouth bass and a species I never dealt with before. After few forums the fish was skipjack herring know. As poor mans Tarpon. You can hear the coyotes late at night hunting animals. We didn’t encounter any wildlife like deer, or raccoons. The owner greeted us very next day. I would def come back during the summer time and do some fishing. Camp site 3 was excellent cause we like being away from people and being on our own. The location took me by surprise. The owner gave us a tip on hot tent camping, I had a stove was too close to the ground. He recommended some stone or concrete blocks. We went to Home Depot and got some cheap stone stepping stones and fixed our problem with the stove.

Our tent camping getaway was a dream!! Plenty of space to enjoy board games or cards at the picnic table, cook on the provided propane stove top, or chat around the stone lined fire pit! This place was decked out with so many bells and whistles! The entire property is beautifully maintained and the host was an interesting and witty man. The outhouse was uber clean and had a water source (bath and body works pump soap! Bonus!) with a sink for washing and rinsing! The camp site location was nestled in a cozy cocoon alongside a stream and surrounded by trees, but just a quick walk to hike trails, visit chickens (yes, you can buy fresh eggs!) peacocks, bulls and a couple pot bellied pigs! We were given homemade cookies and pup treats in adorable packaging upon arrival and I’m here to say….we are already planning our next trip!! See you in the Spring, Vaughn! Could go on and on!! Just splendid!

Our long weekend at GloryField Hospitality Farm in South Charleston, Ohio was nothing short of magical. From the moment we pulled into the spacious RV pad with our 40-ft Class A, we knew we had found a hidden gem—so much better than the crowded state parks. The level, gravel site overlooks the wetland pond and is well maintained, featuring full hookups (electric, water, and sewer), a picnic table, and a fire ring with convenient access to firewood. The site has good water pressure and well positioned connections relative to the pad. WiFi is available, but plan on using cellular or satellite if you need faster speeds for streaming or VPN. The catch-and-release pond located in a secluded corner of the property was a highlight of the trip. We caught several largemouth bass and crappie. We spent time just relaxing in the benches, listening to the birds chirping and the wind blowing through the fall corn. Logan county is also home of the Piatt and Mac-O-Chee Castles both located 20 minutes from camp. For those who desire to shoot small or large guns, there is a gun store/range located next door to us. Great way to relieve some stress. (Able to watch the total solar eclipse. April 8th 2024.) We offer two excluded primitive sites with fire rings, spaced for privacy. Both surrounded by trees and wildlife. We have two porta john toilets in a central location with a hand washing station. If weather permits all vehicles have access to both sites. Close to downtown restaurants and shopping, but feels like you are out in the wilderness. You must bring your own camp toilet, this is very primitive. It is not uncommon to see natural wildlife such as deer, squirrel, and raccoon. Fishing is permitted (largest one caught was 6”). Responsible fire welcome, firewood can be purchased on site. Several hiking trails on site.

We grow forage crops (alfalfa, clover, grass), manage a cow-calf herd of 42 Criollo (Corriente), and selectively harvest timber. We are one of the few 100% grass fed/ grass-finished ranches that practices regenerative agriculture. Guests may explore the farm, bird watch, enjoy catch-and-release fishing in a private one-acre pond, or sit by the fire. The Ohio to Erie Trail is 1/4” mile from the ranch. Croaky Oak Clearing of Good Knights Reserve is located in Ohio and a 25-30 minute drive to Dublin. You'll have nothing but peace and privacy on the back 15 acres of the property. A 1/2 mile drivable path will take you to the one site offered. Here you can pitch your tent, build a campfire, catch and release a few fish from the pond, or choose to sit on the floating dock with your feet in the water. There are also a few short trails to meander through. The camp site sits next to a large wetland in cooperation with ODNR, Division of Wildlife so you'll hear the sound of croaking frogs and various other creatures communicating back and forth. A clean porta-john is close by and a small charcoal grill and picnic table with seating for 8 is available. Reservoirs, golf courses, several quaint bakeries and boutiques are close by for additional entertainment. Route 33 is easily accessible.
