Welcome to Our family farm of 170 acre ! We are two sisters with our husbands and children want to share with you our peaceful farm. Surrounded by Hills, Creeks, Woods, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets! We are settled in the Hills of White Eyes Township. There is lots of history of Native Americans, and the first settlers in this area ( there is a great outdoor play based on a true story called Trumpet in the Land about 30 min from our location) On our farm you may still be able to find arrow heads in the creek bottoms! There is lots of wildlife that may wander through your camp site. The air is full of fresh Country smells. Some tame animals that you will see are Lowline cows ( miniature cows), Chickens, Pigs, Miniature Donkeys, Dogs, Cats.
North of us 20 minutes you will find Sugarcreek ( the little Switzerland ) as well as south east of us Coshocton with canoeing and biking trails as well as Roscoe Village.

We took over in December 2018. We are constantly upgrading our property and completing projects to help improve our beautiful piece of land. It started with some simple property cleanup, clearing brush, fixing broken structures, and adding stone for instant transformations.
Our goal is to offer our community a local place to visit and enjoy themselves, the great outdoors, fishing, pedal boating, and sitting around a campfire. As well as a close option to stay when you visit our wonderful county. We hope to continue providing this service.

We planned a hunting trip and the Friendly Beasts Farm Barn Loft was a perfect choice. Spacious,clean, cookware, spices all the toiletries everything you needed for a quiet getaway,just show up with food and cloths and enjoy. The sunsets from the back deck to all the star gazing,it was truly the perfect choice. Frances and Matthew were wonderful hosts,very attentive with all our needs. Our next hunting trip I hope the Barn Loft is available.

this place is absolutely stunning! it’s very remote but i felt super safe here! the showers and bathroom are wonderful and there’s really good hot water! this is the prefect get away and i can’t recommend it enough! the hosts are wonderful and super helpful!!! my only note is that the roads are a little gravelly on the way so drive safely!!

We booked this spot for my daughter’s 8th birthday and every detail was perfect. The spot is a short walk from the car, but feels very private and peaceful. We loved the area nearby with swings, toys and the sink at the shelter was very convenient. To top it off, the cinnamon rolls were a delight. We highly recommend!

We usually camp in state parks, but after camping on Sheila's land, we may never camp anywhere else!
We stayed at site 2, Peaceful Stream. The farm was beautiful, we had such a private site, and our hosts were wonderful. Definitely go for the cinnamon rolls - they're wonderful. The land brings forth such a peaceful feeling. And the amenities were more than satisfactory - a clean porta-jon, a shower with a shower bag, and running water. It felt like we were the only people around for miles. The site is a short walk from the car, down a little mulched path. There are even wagons to use to haul your camping gear. The hosts thought of everything, and I know we'll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this spot. Very secluded, which was exactly what we needed for a reset weekend. Only one other plot we are aware of this property, and it wasn’t in use (a small cabin on the other side of a tree line).
Nestled in the Appalachian foothills, the lush greenery and vibrant fall colors made this plot especially perfect.
We loved the meadow, and having such a large, secluded space to ourselves for the weekend. We will be back!

The family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Pleasant Valley Farm. We stayed at site 2 Peaceful Stream and it was nice and secluded yet easy to access. The cinnamon rolls are an absolute must! Some beautiful hiking all around the property and we really long enjoyed saying high to pigs. Shelia and her family were very kind and welcoming, they lent us with an item we forgot and it was very helpful! The hot water and sink in the community area was a fantastic amenity and the porter potty was the cleanest we have ever seen. Fantastic stay, beautiful farm, highly recommend!

I stayed for 1 night while I was fishing in the area. Nice farm and nice host. The spot for RVs is flat and easy to get to. She showed me where everything is on the property and supplied me with some wood for a fire. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.

We had a great time camping in our rooftop tent at Pleasant Valley Farm. The property and amenities were as described except for one benefit we weren’t expecting: the listing said potable water was available, so we were anticipating a hand pump or spigot. Instead, there was a utility sink in the pavilion with hot and cold running water. It made everything related to meal cleanup and showers that much simpler. The only downside for us was that while the camping area generally was mostly shaded, our specific site was open to the sun from about 9am to around 6pm, and since it was sunny the weekend we visited, it got quite hot. That said, we’d simply prepare differently for that possibility in the future because we enjoyed ourselves so much and we want to visit the area again in the future.

Sheila and Jana and the Pleasant Valley Farm were fantastic. The site was large and secluded for its proximity to the parking area and the wash station/ restroom. The cinnamon rolls were amazing and the 7 year old’s favorite part. The short walking trails provided a nice view of the rolling hills and the sunset. Visiting the farm animals was a nice change of pace from your typical state park. We were even able to purchase some fresh green beans and peppers to bring home. We would definitely go back.

This was our second trip back to the Peaceful Stream site with a group of friends, including kids from age 3 to 6. It’s a fantastic spot that is secluded enough to feel private, but close enough to the parking area that it isn’t too tough to bring equipment back to the site. The wagons that Shelia provided made things so much smoother!
The site itself is fantastic. It’s wooded enough have to have good shade, while having enough open sky to see the stars. The little creek running behind the site was awesome for the kids to play in.
We really appreciated being able to purchase firewood and delicious cinnamon rolls to have on site. We will definitely be returning!
