Our resort features 10 fully furnished cottages and 39 concrete RV sites with full hook-ups to accommodate RVs up to 40’. The cottage homes sleep up to 6 adults and include a bedroom, bunk beds, loft, full kitchen, laundry, and a full bath. We bought this 125+ year old farm in 2010 with the hope of bringing it back to life. Overgrown and neglected, we have worked hard to make it a nice place for hiking, kayaking, fishing or any number of other activities. Peaceful and remote, the property has a beautiful brook that leads you to the South branch of the Portage river. Deer, turkey, geese, herons, mink and fox are just a few of our natural animal friends. Rusty the steer and his pony friends Lexi and Little Bits can be visited while they graze in the pasture. There are chickens and Brindle the barn kitty. We have the perfect place for dogs as well. We have four dogs that get along great with others and our fenced pond keeps them safe.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. They had a shop at the front with snacks and merch. Bathrooms were clean, and showers had great water pressure and temp. The showers are a bit low, so if you're 6 ft you may have to crouch a bit. The place was quiet, with respectful neighbors. I had water and electric hookups, and it looked like there was a place for grey water disposal, but didn't use it this time. Also, it seemed like the pool was getting remodeled and could be cool feature to try in the future.

Really pretty, well taken care of place. Level site worth a wood deck. Host was helpful and friendly. Lots of permanent residents had really fun Halloween decorations. We thought we were getting away from the Interstate to a quieter spot but didn't realize that it was right of of a busy highway and there was a lot of truck noise. I used earplugs and it didn't bother me.

It was absolutely wonderful. Amazing views of the waterway. Enjoyed the hot tub on the upper deck with expansive views of the city lights and the boats and floating cabins. It was a perfect spot to rest and enjoy.
