Situated on a well-maintained property that hosts various music festivals throughout the spring, summer, and fall, the site offers a slightly wooded area at the back with a full view of the outdoor stage and spectacular sunsets. The sanctuary is perfectly positioned for outdoor enthusiasts, located just one mile from the historic Grand Rapids Village and one mile from the scenic Maumee River and Mary Jane Thurston State Park and Marina. Whether you are looking to explore the local waterways or enjoy the charm of a historic village, this location serves as an excellent basecamp. As a true off-grid destination, this site is best suited for those who enjoy a primitive experience. There are no hookups for electricity, water, or sewer, and no on-site toilets or potable water, so please come fully prepared with everything you need. Campfires are permitted, and the property is pet-friendly, making it a welcoming spot for the whole family.
