Staying on Beth’s property was amazing! It was the perfect secluded spot to camp out for a few days while visiting Hocking Hills. She was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and we hope we can make it back one day!

This place is a private spot on about 80 acres. There is a wonderful path through the woods to the top of a hill for stargazing at night. The catch and release pond is across the street on their property and just the perfect size. There are multiple trails throughout the property. Lots of wildlife and beautiful nature to immerse yourself in. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. Oh, I would highly recommend getting the lights to surround your tent area to make it easy to find your way back if you night hike. This is the perfect place to unplug!

This was such a lovely trip! Between the sounds of nature, a nice fire at night, and some fishing and hiking during the day, this trip was everything that I hoped for! Beth was a lovely host, and helped me bring my stuff to and from the campsite. I'm already considering going back in the future, because I know it'll be just as peaceful and relaxing as it was this trip too!

Beth’s camp site was perfect! It was secluded and serene. The site was very well maintained. We paid extra for the string lights and jackery and it was worth it. Beth exceeded expectations as a host. She was helpful and kind. Communication was quick and clear. Scout was a fantastic welcoming, host!

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of camping on Beth and Brian’s land. They were very accommodating to me (a motorcycle camper). I purchased firewood from them and it was there when I arrived. Will definitely camp here again and will shoot a video for my YouTube channel. A very nice experience that I highly recommend. But a word of caution, if you are intending to ride your motorcycle to the campsite, it better be an off-road or adventure bike. Otherwise it is best to park in the provided parking area.

This is hand's down my favorite Hipcamp yet! It's a beautiful spot, perfect for being immersed in nature and "off grid", although I did have cell reception while I was there. I had planned on using this as a base camp for exploring other parks in the area, but after arriving I didn't want or need to leave! The interconnected trails on the property provide plenty of hiking and wandering opportunities, and the pond is the perfect addition for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing.
Beth is a wonderful host! She was kind, helpful, and communicative, and her directions made getting there very easy.
I"m already planning my next trip there!

My daughter and I loved camping on Beth's property. It was beautifu, quiet, and relaxing. Beth was really nice and helped us bring all of our stuff down to the campsite. I recommend following Beth's directions she gives to the site. I can verify that GPS takes you the wrong way. Internet is spotty, so take a picture of the directions to save. This was a great private camping getaway. We loved it!!

This is a magnificent site for a very private experience. Beth is amazing, helpful and checks in via the app to be sure you are comfortable.
I advise having a wagon to help move gear between the campsite and your vehicle, but Beth also helped with a 4 wheeler.
Plenty of trails for walking on the farm and the nice little pond for swimming and floating.
You are a short distance to Athens OH, a delightful town with all needed amenities. Also Hocking Hills and Lake Hope state parks are nearby for stuff to do in the area.

As advertised - nice and quiet for an escape to nature. Check out the pond, check out the trails. I saw a turtle, chipmunks, deer and an eagle. I also heard the owls all night but I never saw them...

We had a great stay at Beth’s private campsite! The spot was peaceful, well-maintained, and just what we needed to unwind and disconnect for a few days. Beth was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We enjoyed leisurely fishing at the pond each day but mostly spent our days relaxing and reading amongst the trees and listening to the birds and other nature sounds surrounding us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, private getaway.

Brian and Beth maintain a beautiful, quiet campsite for the perfect weekend get away. The swimming pond is a great amenity for those hot days and the entire site is nestled in the woods keeping it significantly cooler than if you were baking in the sun. As we prepared to leave we noticed some car issues and Brian and Beth went out of their way to let us borrow some tools to make sure we got home safely. Cannot say enough nice things about the pair and their beautiful property! We would certainly love to come back!

My first Hipcamp experience, and it didn’t disappoint! If you’re looking for something truly remote, plenty of space and things to do in and around the property, then this is the place. Beth met us on arrival, and was a wonderful host - very helpful getting all of our gear to and from the site. Can’t wait to get back out here, probably in the fall. Definitely recommend.

It was just what we needed for a little local getaway. The site itself is private and quiet—except for the coyotes and whippoorwills, much to our delight. And a sunset float in the farm pond watching sheep graze? Splendid way to spend an evening.
Beth was an excellent host and had our “extras” ready to go. When the weather is fair, we camp. When it’s Southern Ohio humid/hot/rainy tricky, we glamp! We brought a heavy 10x10 market canopy for shelter and she was kind enough to tow it and our gear to and from the site.
We already promised the kids we’d bring them next time just to escape. (You don’t have to unplug, though. You may still get decent cell service if that’s important to know when picking your HipCamp!)
This was our first HipCamp experience and we were quite pleased.

Our family loved camping on Beth’s land! She was super attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kids were thrilled to interact with her dogs for a while as well. Pretty tough to beat camping out in the woods with countless paths to explore, as well as a pond to swim and fish in!

The site has it all. A beautiful private site with a lovely canopy to protect from rain. A short hike to an absolutely stunning site for Star gazing. And wonderful owners that are so accommodating. I couldn’t have wished for a better weekend camping experience. We will definitely return.
