Our remote 375 acres part farm and part natural woodland nestled up to Daniel Boone Forest is ideal for hikers and nature lovers. There are several hiking trails onsite and plenty of woods to explore. ATVs or side by sides are welcome to be used on the main gravel roads and some designated areas of our property. There is plenty of wildlife but NO hunting is allowed. Some of our designated tent sites do have firepits and/or picnic tables. Our trek in sites do not have those options. Pets are welcome for $10 per pet/per booking and they do need to be leashed/under control at all times. This is an extra so please be sure to add that if you plan to bring your pet. Please pick up after them.
We are a short driving distance from West Liberty, Cave Run Lake, Grayson Lake, Carter Caves, Morehead, Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge.
We are approximately 20 minutes from the nearest store so you'll want to come prepared. We are located in West Liberty (Morgan County). There are 2 centrally located bathhouses with toilet, shower and sink and a hose for potable water. We have firewood for sale for $20 per stay and is an extra option when booking(use what you need during your stay and it is centrally located near bath houses) you can bring your own and you are welcome to gather from the surrounding area but please do not cut down any living trees/limbs.
There is a centrally located community building with a Wifi hotspot, streaming TV, Keurig, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster/air fryer, swing set, foosball table and darts.

Experience our small and private RV sites in a quiet location in the rural town of Rush, near Ashland KY. We provide full hook ups with 30 amp electric connection, water, and sewage. We also provide wifi throughout the property.
We are an 8 minute drive from Rush Off-Road - a 7,000 acre off-road park with over 100 miles of trails with new trails being opened up regularly.
The RV sites can accommodate up to a 50 ft RV or trailer as well as parking for an additional car or truck. The site dimensions are 30ft wide by 60ft long.
Your RV/trailer must be self-contained as we do not have a toilet onsite. The sites are flat and guests will have to back-in.
Pets are welcome but you must keep them on leash.
Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban.

The idea for creating a cabin rental/camping vacation getaway in the Allegheny Mountain Range came to life over several meetings at a Bob Evans restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, between co-owners Paul Liimatta and Joe Boffo. Joe had been accumulating land in the Genoa, West Virginia, area for several years and had dreamed of building cabins, tree houses and uniquely designed vacation rentals and campsites on a beautiful area called Hampton Ridge. The property is 4.25 acres in total. The home on the property is occupied by long-term tenants who are not involved with the Hipcamp sites. The land is partially wooded and home to a lovely variety of birds that frequent the area.
Your RV must be self-contained with a functional, non-leaking waste holding tank. You’ll also need to operate independently of water and sewer hookups for waste disposal. Under no circumstances is the disposal of wastewater or sewage on the property permitted.

This is a funky little spot, don't be put off by the drive in. Mike has created a number (5?) of leveled gravel full hook up sites pretty close together, but very nice. Sweet communal fire pit right on a deck overlooking a little river. Fantastic bathroom with running hot water and shower! We would definitely camp here again. Thank you Mike.

Brush Creek was great! It was a Beautiful site where we could sit and watch boats go by. Me and my husband stayed at Sandy Springs in May which is ran by Moondoggies Liveree also. We had such a great experience at both locations. Brush Creek we had our own private access down to the water to fish or just boat watch. We only stayed one night in our mini camper and checked out a little early because of rain. I highly recommend Brush Creek and MoonDoggies Yak Shacks. We cant wait to visit again!

Possum Ridge Ranch is amazing. We camped at Oak Ridge and loved the site. We also explored a bit and walked down to Little Falls which was beautiful. Liz was very nice. The bath houses are clean and a nice surprise while camping. Would definitely recommend and camp here again.

My family and I loved this area for camping. It’s a beautiful property with some hiking trails if you love nature. I liked how spread out the campsites were, especially with having kids. Liz was a good host. She was very friendly and replied quickly to any messages. I liked the community area she had and the bath houses were nice. We had an incredible time staying on this property on the Peachtree lot. Liz is an amazing host! She couldn't have been more accommodating and kind.
She has the cleanest and homeiest feeling bath houses we've ever used at a campsite. There is even a little community hangout area with vending machines, a microwave, coffee, ice bags, a foosball table, and some other little conveniences.
As for getting to the ranch, it was straightforward. Google brought us right to her road and following her directions took us right to our lot with no issues. They have nice signs guiding you all along the way and everything's easy to make out.
The drive itself is absolutely gorgeous out to her place and the ranch itself is peaceful and full of unexpected surprises. Liz told us about lots of places and things we could explore on the ranch and she also mentioned Hell's hole.
If you are up to the challenge, take the hike down hell's hole and see if you can make it down to the river. It's unbelievable what some people have right in their backyard, and the fact that Liz shares it with us is such an awesome gift.
I brought my 8-month-old puppy along and he had the time of his life chasing and sniffing everything he could out on her property. We will definitely be back sometime to check out more of the Red River gorge area and more of the possum ridge ranch itself. Plus it's just beautiful driving through that area. Thanks Liz!!

Possum Ridge Ranch was even better than advertised! Liz was a great host. There was a central bath house and community center was awesome! Have stayed at plenty of hip camps but this one by far was the best. Lots of trails to see, beautiful views, clean as can get, and worth every minute! We will be back.

We chose this site for a fall friends trip and couldn't have been happier about the spot! Gorgeous views, attentive host, and decent seclusion. The site was well maintained and the retreat wasn't crowded with too many camping spots. Almost zero road noise so evenings were very peaceful. Great site for both tent and rv camping. We tent camped this time around. Plenty of dry firewood provided on site. The electric hookup had a 30amp to 15amp adapter for electrical needs and running water that tasted quite good too. Tranquility wildlife reserve is directly across the street - easy access. While the site is on a main road, the nights were quiet and traffic minimal. Mint mobile Cell service and still had signal.

Great site with lots of privacy. We enjoyed walking around all the trails on the property. Great setup with level, gravel pad to park on. We did not have to do any leveling. Lots of firewood to use. We enjoyed the little perks of the basketball hoop and axe throwing. We were fortunate enough to be there on a clear night that allowed for perfect stargazing. The surrounding countryside was beautiful adding to the experience. We definitely want to return.
