This land was once owned by Noah Hays himself. He was the main farmer on this land along with other farming land on this road. Hints the name "Noah Hays Road". We stopped farming this land long ago but some of his relatives are still farming on the land he use to farm on. You will see one of his old plots still being farmed across the street from our property. There is still the old cabin he use to live in along with an old curing barn they use to hang the tobacco in after harvest. I turned the home into The Fab 4 House, furnishing it with authentic Mid-century Modern furniture and naming each bedroom for 1 of the Beatles. I rent it out and it is great for events. However, I needed 1 bedroom accommodations so I purchased 3- 8'x40' shipping containers and turned them into tiny homes. You can rent 1 or all 3. The courtyard in the middle features a Tiki Bar, Beach Scene, Putting Green. I want people to enjoy the in and outside together.

Our motto: Come as strangers, leave as friends. We were on our 9th Friend Fest until Covid. Over the last few years we have added more amenities to the property. Disc golf, Walking/ hiking trails, fishing, baseball diamond, bonfire pit, 10x14 covered stage, swimming pool, primitive glamping cabin. We also host Nature Education classes on the property. Before you say goodnight, enjoy your dinner and smores over the firepit, (free wood) We have a 14X16 covered stage for entertainment, a 10X10 firepit with surrounding benches. The entire entertainment area and campground sits away from any houses in complete privacy from any neighbors. The cabin and campground is 450 feet away from the house.
