We had a blast camping at this site! There was so much room for my kids to explore and play without having to worry about them. This campsite is private, and offers great basic camping amenities ( chairs, bathhouse, camping lights). The host was incredibly flexible and welcoming from the start! We will definitely be back to visit again.

Patrick and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. It was my first time in town and Patrick send me a list of dog friendly restaurants/ attractions, as I had my pup with me. Additionally, their mass of land was perfect for my pup to run around freely and safely. The location is about 17 minutes from free parking to a beach which was perfect for us! Will be staying there again if we are ever back in town.

The setting was very nice with lots of space and flexible camper parking under the live oak trees. Nice shade with water and electric hookups. Would definitely return again.

Our family loved camping on Julie and Scott’s land! We swam and waded, paddled around on the paddle board and kayak and watched beautiful sunsets. Scott and Julie were responsive, communicative and friendly. She hosted a yoga class Saturday morning, and although I wasn’t able to attend this time, I will plan to do so on a future trip. The bathhouse was so appreciated, nothing like a nice shower after a sandy day of play. There was a barrel table and two Adirondack chairs, a lounge chair and a hammock stand at the site, all of which we used in what we think was our best set up in our personal camping history :) All in all a great weekend getaway and highly recommended. Also, take heed of Julie’s advice and bring your close toed shoes if you’re not into sandy feet. We kept a bucket of water nearby the tent so we could rinse them off when getting in.

We had a great time at this camp. The host was very welcoming and friendly, he made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The spot was level and beautifully shaded by huge old trees, making it nice and cool on a hot day. Absolutely recommend this location.

We loved tent camping on Patrick's land! The pond was beautiful, the animals a plenty! My boys loved watching the ducks swimming. We will definitely book again.

Great little spot! Secluded, comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly. We just stayed for a night passing through, but it was a nice breath of fresh air, and great fishing on a kayak in the AM!

We've been to this campsite 2 times now and love the water access. It was very windy and the site is obviously very sandy so prepare to have your stuff properly staked down. The owners are very nice and hopefully some time in the near future they'll create more water access points around the pond. Would come back again!

The check in went flawless. Very clear directions and the campsite did not disappoint at all. Beautiful surroundings and perfect for someone who doesn’t want to camp close to other campers. The bathroom and shower were a short walk away and definitely a game changer. Took my nephew and hope to come back again with more family too!

My family and I had a great time camping on Julie’s land! It was a great location for our kids first time ever camping. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and taking a dip. We also had a great time kayaking and enjoying the views.

We had a great time camping at Canter Lakes Sunset cliff site! It was a beautiful property with plenty of privacy. We hiked the trails around the property, saw some farm animals, and kayaked in the private lakes. Great spot!
