Everything about this place was perfect! From being greeted with such a warm welcome, to the pottery area, to the beautiful view that I woke up to in the quack shack!!! it was the most beautiful day!

2 nights at Herzen Platz (a place in the Heart)
I loved the tent of Gary’s land. It was winter, so we could see the mountains, while still feeling secluded. The breakfast was amazing and Gary gave us great ideas of places to visit. His puppies even came to say hi!

Weekend Trip to Treehouse Hollow and Cabin Rentals
Excellent. 10/10. The house is clean and very well maintained. It’s super cozy. Hot tub worked great, blankets available for hanging outside. Stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Right on the water on fairly flat land. Had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again. Host is friendly and super responsive. Can’t wait to visit again as Franklin is an excellent place for a short vacation. Great places to eat and shopping within a short distance. My only complaint is that the beds are small, hard to tell if they were fulls or queens. No King bed (which is what I’m used to). Also no full-length mirrors. But otherwise, we loved it and will definitely be back.

6 nights at Asheville Area Luxury Glamping Deck
My husband and I just finished a fantastic six-night stay at The Deck, hosted by the incredibly thoughtful Nate and Stephani. We were looking for a true escape where we could stay put and minimize extra spending, and this glamping experience exceeded every expectation.
The accommodation itself was perfect for a long stay. We brought plenty of food with us, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals daily. It truly felt like a home away from home, right down to the generous extras: we loved finding it fully stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, a variety of teas, and even some complimentary snacks. This thoughtful preparation made it so easy for us to stick to our plan of staying on-site and enjoying the quiet.
The highlight, especially given the cold weather during our stay, was definitely the hot tub. It was heated to the absolute perfect temperature, making the cold air feel crisp and invigorating against the warm water. It was pure bliss, and the view from the deck was magnificent, day or night.
Nate and Stephani are truly amazing hosts—they were completely helpful, considerate, and communicative throughout our whole visit. Their care is evident in every detail of The Deck.
Overall, this was an absolutely amazing place to stay. If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and fully self-sufficient getaway, look no further. We would wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to come back again!

Such a lovely little cabin! We brought the littles for a family trip to the Smoky Mountains and had such a sweet time here in Nantahala cabins. The hosts are very friendly & so helpful. We will back next year & highly recommend!

Amazing little cabin! Very clean and well thought out design. My son and I stayed for the weekend and loved the rushing creek right from the huge back covered patio. We also really enjoyed the clean hot tub. There was plenty of seclusion and privacy even with renters in the treehouse next door. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Herzen Platz (a place in the Heart)
We had a great stay at Hertzen Platz. The tent was very spacious and as comfortable as the photos and previous guests conveyed. Gary was a welcoming host who clearly cares about the land and delivering a top-notch experience, breakfast was awesome as well!

2 nights at Hiawassee Glamping
We had an awesome stay at the container tree house. Wasn't sure what to expect but we were extremely happy. The view is amazing and the house its self is cozy especially for a couple looking for a great weekend. My wife had an amazing birthday and went on and on about how great the place was. The hot tub looking out into the mountains with the lake below is pretty epic!
Brian the host gave us tons of recommendations and even helped us find a mountain biking trail where my wife got to have her first ride and now she's hooked.
We will definitely be coming back and will most likely try all three units on the property as they all look killer. I almost don't want to write this review so that we can keep this a secret for ourselves.

We had a wonderful time staying at Private Glamping w/ Outdoor Shower at Private Glamper/HOT TUB/MNTN VIEWS. Our hosts were so kind and thoughtful, and the setup was excellent and had everything one needs for a very comfortable and memorable glamping experience. The hot tub was definitely a highlight for us. Despite a sudden cold front coming in, the camper was always at a comfortable temperature and we never felt cold at night, even with outside temperatures dropping below freezing. Thank you again to our generous hosts for a great stay in this little oasis in Bryson City. We look forward to visiting again.

4 nights at Glamping Domes & A-Frame
The view is the star of the show. Add a hot tub and fire pit and that’s a bonus. Inside is very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen setup was adequate. It could use a toaster/counter top convection oven. The grill outside worked well however. Also the fridge was a good size for the 4 nights we stayed. Google maps ends short of your destination so getting there was a bit confusing. We were lucky Ravi was on sight to escort us. Hopefully better signage will be added. The road is a bit rough but manageable for the last 1/4 mile or so. Again, once there, it’s all about the view and the isolation. Shower was roomy and nice. The bed was huge and comfy. The geo-domes were close but it all felt private enough and our neighbors were quiet. It’s close to the Smokies which was our draw but not much else. Fine by us as we didn’t even leave the premises for a day and a half. Did I mention the view?

This was exactly what we needed for our quick overnight getaway in the fall. It is absolutely beautiful and offers everything you need. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and all fit very comfortably. It was actually bigger than expected. The screen for the open air insulates surprisingly well and the heaters warmed up the room when we needed them. The mattresses (including floor bed) were all very comfortable. Hot tub with wall heater was perfect for the cool fall weather. Plenty of firewood for us adults that stayed up most the night. Everything was very clean. Nate responded quickly anytime we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back!

3 nights at Glamping Domes & A-Frame
This place is absolutely beautiful. Waking up to a sunrise over Appalachia is worth it on its own. The dome is well maintained, clean, and the area is super quiet and safe. It's an amazing place to relax in the hot tub and stargaze, play some games at the outdoor table, or just sit by the fire pit to talk and enjoy the scenery. There are two fire pits - a private metal one on the deck and a large communal area between the domes. There's also hiking and walking trails a short drive away in the Smokies (like Mouse Creek Falls).
Ravi is super friendly and responsive to messages. We met him on our way out when he came up to do maintenance. He takes good care of this place.
There are a few turns that are hard to see, so definitely arrive when it's daylight. If you use Waze, keep going up and around after it thinks you've "arrived".

4 nights at Creekside Cabin at Lake Hartwell
I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a little getaway at Jeanette’s cute Gone Fishin’ cabin. It was clean, had plenty of clean towels and the kitchen was just right for us to prepare our food. We enjoyed the hot tub and the covered porch.

Weekend Trip to Private Glamper/HOT TUB/MNTN VIEWS
Picture this: Wake up in your cozy camper (very clean and comfortable bed) and hop in the hot tub (extra towels included), take a hot outdoor shower surrounded by fall leaves and head down into Bryson City for some coffee and breakfast. After that, spend the day hiking in the Smokeys, come back into town to explore some shops and breweries, then head back to your cozy trailer for a fire and to soak some more in the hot tub.
That was our exact experience- even though it was about 50 degrees and raining by the evening, that actually made everything even more fun, hot tub included.
This site is so unique, convenient, and well designed. You can tell the host takes pride in making it a perfect stay for everyone, with attention to detail (like putting out a Halloween themed basket with Kurig pods). She even refunded money for firewood we didn’t use.
One note: the hot tub was set at 95 when we arrived, and after a few hours was only 97 even though we set it to 104. It took overnight to get up to temperature, but after that it stayed hot and we got plenty of use out of it.

Absolutely FABULOUS getaway. The facilities are beautiful- clean, warm, and welcoming. Leaves you feeling like a home away from home. We were only there for one night- but we didn’t want to leave. We had our own campfire right outside the tent. If you forgot anything - no worries! The camp store had everything you could possibly need. We will most definitely be back.

1 night at Field Trip Glamping Travelers Rest
This was a delightful glamping experience. The tents are clean and the beds while firm were comfortable. Everything is well maintained. We spent some time in the sauna, w much was nice. There is a little shop adjacent to the common area which has additional supplies and foodstuffs if needed. Great getaway for a weekend or a trip to the woods.

We stayed here over the weekend and can’t say enough great things about this property. The proximity to Asheville and surrounding areas is perfect. The cabin is one of the most fun places we’ve stayed in. The attention to details and extras is on point.
