Our farm is Organic and we minimize the amount of chemicals used on it out of respect to the land. The creek has clean water, although we provide well water for the humans. Situated 20 minutes from Asheville and 2 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, we are close to civilization and far from the everyday hustle and bustle. This is a great place to unwind in nature. We will soon be adding Forest Bathing. The frogs eat most of the mosquitos and the fireflies will provide the nightly entertainment from May till August.

This was a great spot for us. We spent 5 nights here and the campground was quiet and shaded with plenty of trees. They have trash pick up each day at your site, which is super handy. Full hookups and a large laundry room and nice clean shower houses. It is located not far from everything. We drove just down the street to the community center, parked our car for free and took the free shuttle into the hub of Gatlinburg. Don’t need to deal with the traffic or the parking. Also a short drive to Grotto Falls. Highly recommend! You need to stop by Sugarlands visiting center to get a parking pass and definitely pick up a trail map! They are $1 (map) but was super helpful. We did see a black bear walk by the camper next to ours! Didn’t see any on the trails though. Our visit was mid October. The strip is super busy on the weekends in October!

This is a beautiful site, conveniently close to downtown Asheville (maybe the closest for a trailer or RV?), and with full hookups, so wow. Secluded, with stunning views, and the hosts were top-notch friendly and helpful. I expect we will be back.

Nate and Stephanie were wonderful host. From rapid response to messages to videos to the property that Stevie Wonder could follow lol. Easy access even for this first time 36' motorhome driver. YET secluded and private. Plenty of fire wood and kindling even in a evening shower. Best of the best wishes to these two. 5 stars for sure !

Weekend Trip to Asheville Area Luxury Solo RV'ing

Great spot to set up for RVs. Nate and Stephanie were awesome host and answered any questions we had within minutes. All of the amenities worked properly and are in good condition. You can see traffic from the road entry, but you can position your car to block it. An improvement suggestion would be to add a couple post to be able to put up a hammock. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A very peaceful location and the hosts are very nice. The road up to the property is narrow but we made it with a 40’ class A. You will need to pull up, flip around and back into the site. It’s doable. The hook-ups are toward the rear of the coach and on the drivers side of Site 2. You may need longer water and sewer hoses.

We really enjoy this site. We have camped here before and have booked it again for October. The site has full hook-up, CATV and wifi. We fished in the pond. My daughter caught 3 bluegill and a catfish broke my line. The site is neat and clean.
