This is one of only two camp sites on a 200-acre parcel of secluded, rural farm land. We are a working pasture based farm where you can see how grass fed beef, pork, chicken, and eggs are produced. We are a working farm but, much of our property is not grazed or farmed. You are welcome to explore the entire area while also getting a glimpse of sustainable, pasture-based, farming methods. Red House Ranch is also the perfect spot for wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers. During your stay you may encounter eagles, blue herons, coyotes, turtles, wild turkeys, foxes, the endangered bobolink bird (its unique call sounds a bit like R2D2), deer, great horned owls, and many unique plants. It's not uncommon to hear the coyotes howling at night. In addition to hiking trails with incredible views, there are four ponds on the property easily accessible with mown paths. One is very large with a dock and suitable for swimming, paddling, fishing, or just relaxing but the water. The other three are smaller and are now primarily wildlife habitat. easily accessible with mown paths If you're feeling adventurous, there is a more strenuous hike down into the creek bed where you can find miniature versions of the gorges and waterfalls that our region is known for. We are happy to provide maps and guidance or leave you to your own devices. When skies are clear our area has very little light pollution and excellent star visibility. After he purchased the land, he spent the next year building the perfect house on top of the hill at the end of our long driveway. We have a beautiful view from our front porch. We offer wooded and open area hiking trails around the property. A fire ring and picnic table or table are provided at your site and a porta-potty available for our campers to use. The property is located in the quiet hills in New York's Finger Lakes Region. Just 20 minutes from Keuka Lake and 25 to all the shopping and dining experiences that you could ever want in downtown Corning along with hundreds of NYS breweries and wineries to enjoy during the day. Return to the hill for a quiet campfire in the evening. Their are several nearby rivers and lakes to canoe or kayak, hiking trails all over the region and even in our own backyard! We hope to see you soon! Sites #1, #2 & #3 can easily accommodate any type of camper (tent, trailer, van, RV, motor home, etc.) These sites could be booked for more than just 2 campers. Please contact me if you have a larger group. Site #4 offers the best view! However it is close to our house so if you want more privacy we recommend staying at one of the other sites. But their is plenty of room here for a larger group. Site #5 is secluded by itself on the far side of the field on the right hand side of our driveway. The best way to get to it is to take the road to the end of the field. You will find an vehicle accessible path next to the tree line. Site #6 is the first spot you will find off the driveway it is before the play area and tucked in the trees #6 offers more shade but would be better for a tent. New this year! Windy Ridge Cabin. The cabin can sleep up to 6. Spacious and clean. The cabin sits on the edge of the woods and overlooks the valley to the left.

We are constantly making new fun sites to enjoy . fire-ring and outhouse! We have a pond to feed fish and explore on a canoe or bring tubes .always horses and donkeys to see . I have 1850 foot of stream to hike along and explore wildlife.turkey,deer,fox the occasional coyotes howling . We have been getting eagles.few bear sightings. ..we have .some pretty private spots along the creek . And under the pine tree grove.we border 9100 acres of sugar hill state Forrest. Trailss everywhere. Twelve miles of back dirt roads to get to Watkins Glen state park. 7 miles to the Glen race track .twelve miles to a great dirt track to see racing.we can accommodate horse camping ,either by ride ins or trailers with pASTURES TO PULL INTO. ! My husband purchased this land to build his house on before we got together. After he purchased the land, he spent the next year building the perfect house on top of the hill at the end of our long driveway. We have a beautiful view from our front porch. My favorite place to have coffee! Frequent visitors to the property include turkey, deer, and even bear once in a while that visit. We have discovered from my Grandmother that this same property happens to be the same property that my Great, Great Grandparents used to farm and cut firewood on. We offer wooded and open area hiking trails around the property. A fire ring and picnic table or table are provided at your site and a porta-potty available for our campers to use. The property is located in the quiet hills in New York's Finger Lakes Region. Just 20 minutes from Keuka Lake and 25 to all the shopping and dining experiences that you could ever want in downtown Corning along with hundreds of NYS breweries and wineries to enjoy during the day. Return to the hill for a quiet campfire in the evening. Their are several nearby rivers and lakes to canoe or kayak, hiking trails all over the region and even in our own backyard! We hope to see you soon! Sites #1, #2 & #3 can easily accommodate any type of camper (tent, trailer, van, RV, motor home, etc.) These sites could be booked for more than just 2 campers. Please contact me if you have a larger group. Site #4 offers the best view! However it is close to our house so if you want more privacy we recommend staying at one of the other sites. But their is plenty of room here for a larger group. Site #5 is secluded by itself on the far side of the field on the right hand side of our driveway. The best way to get to it is to take the road to the end of the field. You will find an vehicle accessible path next to the tree line. Site #6 is the first spot you will find off the driveway it is before the play area and tucked in the trees #6 offers more shade but would be better for a tent. New this year! Windy Ridge Cabin. The cabin can sleep up to 6. Spacious and clean. The cabin sits on the edge of the woods and overlooks the valley to the left.

Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. In the 1960s, Llewellyn's love for aviation led him to construct a small airstrip and hangar, and then his son Terry began to plant Christmas Trees (no more cows) and clear much of the land. By the early 1970's our main and largest pond was built and since that time our fully functional cabin, several more fish ponds, roads, trails, running water and generated electricity have been added. Christmas Trees are still grown and harvested by Terry's son Scott Towner. This is one of only two camp sites on a 200-acre parcel of secluded, rural farm land. We are a working pasture based farm where you can see how grass fed beef, pork, chicken, and eggs are produced. There's nothing quite like fresh eggs and bacon after waking up to the sunrise over a fog-filled valley! During your stay you may encounter eagles, blue herons, coyotes, turtles, wild turkeys, foxes, the endangered bobolink bird (its unique call sounds a bit like R2D2), deer, great horned owls, and many unique plants. It's not uncommon to hear the coyotes howling at night. In addition to hiking trails with incredible views, there are four ponds on the property easily accessible with mown paths. One is very large with a dock and suitable for swimming, paddling, fishing, or just relaxing but the water. The other three are smaller and are now primarily wildlife habitat. easily accessible with mown paths If you're feeling adventurous, there is a more strenuous hike down into the creek bed where you can find miniature versions of the gorges and waterfalls that our region is known for. We are happy to provide maps and guidance or leave you to your own devices. When skies are clear our area has very little light pollution and excellent star visibility.
