We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails. this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. There are many areas to spread out individual campsites for large groups if desired. we have added a large porta potty.

You will enjoy the privacy of our secluded rustic one room cabin suitable for 2 people on 28 acres of private property 10 minutes from Letchworth State Park and 5 minutes from the Greenway Valley Trail. We will greet you when you arrive and after that you won't see anyone unless you need us. Queen bed, out house, firepit, one bundle of wood a day is included, additional firewood is available for purchase. We have solar powered lights for your use as well as battery powered lights if you forget your flashlight. You may enjoy our catch and release fishing pond teeming with bass, grass carp, blue gill, catfish and koi as well as the Keshequa creek bordering our property. Wildlife abounds here as there is no hunting allowed on our property. Our cabin is insulated and wired to use a generator which is available for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas. There is a small charcoal grill near the fire pit for your use. This reservation is for two people, if you would like to add people please contact us with details prior to booking! We have plenty of room for tent camping close to the cabin for an additional fee Guests must provide an approximate time of arrival and check in before dusk the day of their reservation. Guests will not be able to check in after dark and reservation will not be refunded.

Thanks for having us!! I must say your cabin was perfect! Secluded and no neighbors, much room for the dogs to run on your private, well maintained property! The cabin was extremelyclean and spacious. The wifi worked great and the big TV came in handy for the rainy day. We couldn't have asked for a cozier place to stay. We had such a wonderful birthday trip on Tommy’s land and in the surrounding area. Our site was the hilltop overlooking the rolling hills on one side and the forest on the other. It was perfect! Very private although the other site down the hill wasn’t occupied. They are spread apart quite a ways and both have picnic tables and fire rings. Tommy and his wife, Laura, both very nice and generous hosts, brought us plenty of free wood for our stay. Upon check-in, he greeted us and was very hospitable, offering suggestions for area must-sees for scenery, parks, wineries, food etc. They do offer usage of a flush toilet and sink in the end of their house, if desired. We’re pretty self-contained campers and didn’t utilize them. The property is very neat and clean in a rural area. We especially loved seeing the horse and cows each day as we are both originally from small farming towns. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp to anyone wanting a serene getaway with beautiful landscape and gracious host. Was a perfect trip! While you’re here, check out the Chimney Bluffs on Lake Ontario. They are super cool!

This place was exactly what we needed. I was looking for a beautiful place to put my little trailer for a couple of days with nothing to do other than read and spend time valuable with my sister. The land is meticulously cared for and manicured. Beautiful flowers and rolling hills. There were several flat places to park and the area was spotlessly clean. There was a nice fire pit with those view and a couple of shade trees. We chose our favorite one and set up the hammocks. The night sky! Oh my goodness that was ethereal! The first time I have seen the Milky Way in years. It was hard to give it up for sleep- it was that amazing. Mark was an incredible host. He answered our questions so quickly. He was extremely kind and helpful. I’m grateful he shared the land with us. One thing to note that surprised us but didn’t bother us, was that it seems the dirt road was well traveled. There were quite a few cars (and a school bus) driving by. Everyone would wave a hello. It was nice knowing there were other people around. Other than the occasional vehicle it was SO quiet. I’d definitely recommend this place for someone looking to get away from everything! Check out these views!

Took a very last-minute trip to Letchworth and stayed two nights. It was perfection-the view, the location, off-grid but a clean compostable toilet, lots of kindling (and firewood to purchase nearby) for a campfire…absolutely would stay here again.
