Trees and Dreams is an 11 acre property 2000 feet above the Canandaigua Lake Valley. It is situated atop the High Tor Preserve, nestled in mature maple and oak trees with a half acre pond. 

Beautiful day hikes of Conklin's Gully, Grimes Glen and Clark's Gully are nearby. The site is only 7 miles from idyllic Naples, NY (home of the annual Naples Grape Festival).

Boasting a king sized memory foam mattress, twin memory foam daybed, outdoor dining area, a private fire pit and solar powered lights and USB ports for your convenience.  Portable restrooms and a hand sanitizing station are available for your convenience.  We have potable drinking water.  Showers are not available at this time.

This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on Booking.com or AirBnB. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.

D & K  stands for Dave & Kelly. We are a family run ranch with five wonderful children. We also have had the privilege to house many foster children over the years. During your ride here you will also enjoy the company of interns from around the world.Along with getting to know people and enjoying life, we also have the privilege of working with many wonderful horses. When you come to the Ranch you will also get to meet  Wranglers that will match you with a horse and treat you as part of the D&K family!D&K Ranch is located in the middle of the Finger Lakes National Forest. This Forest is unique to the East due to the fact that it has grazing lands available similar to out West. We have 16,000 acres of National Forest trails to ride. In addition, there are 30 acres of wooded trails at D&K Ranch. Rides at D&K Ranch will be customized to your comfort level. This cabin has a shared bathroom with hot water and lights, however it is off the grid so we do have a charging station at the shared kitchen.

The campsite is situated privately on a working farm that has been in the family for 220 years.  Me and my two young kids and grandmother live at the farm . We raise pastured angus beef, grain, hay and vegetables. Campers are welcome to walk the trails around the fields and woods and visit the animals. We can also provide campers with fresh beef and sometimes eggs.Learn more about this land:

Enjoy peace, nature, and agriculture while overlooking your own private lake. 500 contiguous acres to explore on this working farm that has been in the family since 1797. We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs. Campers can park at the farm and take a small SUV to the camping area or can drive your own vehicle or camper if preferred. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.

this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available.  There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like .

We were totally set for firewood for the weekend!! Enough bush also to easily get the fire started in the area!!
