It is quiet, private and relaxing. The vibe of the lake is to chill and relax, laud activities not encourage. No motorboats allowed on lake for a more relaxing experienced. Bass fishing is amazing and the water is perfect for swimming.
Next to the campsite you will have a nice fire pit with Adirondack chairs, plenty of firewood for sale at a low cost.

The cabin is located in a remote area of Bear Swamp State Forest. It is about 5 miles from the nearest paved road but has seasonal roads that take you to the cabin. There are many close attractions like Skaneateles Lake and Carpenters Falls. The Cabin doesn’t have electricity or water but we do have a generator available. We do not have a shower or bathroom but we have an outhouse. We do ask people to bring their own gas if you want to run the generator and woods to make a fire. I highly recommend 4x4 vehicles but I been there in a civic and a mini van.

Sisi Farm is a beautiful, 22-acre family-owned farm located directly across the street from the 70-acre Guilford Lake New York State Park. The property features a serene pond and relatively flat grassland, making it perfect for short, medium, or long-term camping.
To ensure a peaceful experience, we offer a limited number of campsites, providing each guest with their own private area. You can choose from a variety of settings: pondfront, open meadow, tucked in the forest, or atop a scenic hill.
The farm hosts a Farmers Market every Saturday from Spring through Fall, inviting visitors to spend a relaxing weekend on the grounds. Surrounded by fruit trees, the farm offers a stunning natural environment in every season.
Convenience is key at Sisi Farm. We are located just 10 minutes away from daily essentials, including banks, gas stations, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies. Beyond our prime location, there are endless activities to enjoy in the surrounding area every day.

Weekend Trip to Christmas Tree Farm Hidden Delight
We had an amazing last-minute stay at Mary’s place. Our pups loved having the freedom to roam off leash, and it was so nice to relax by the tent and take in the fall scenery. The woodstove kept us cozy all night, and Mary was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in a 26' trailer, and the hookups were excellent. If you have dogs with good recall, this is the perfect place. Being able to let them off leash was so appreciated. The lake was beautiful and crystal clear. Our dogs loved swimming, and we enjoyed paddle boarding. Next time we’ll come earlier in the season so we have more daylight to enjoy everything. We came up for the Columbus Day weekend to get one final go at filling the freezer with salmon for the year. The River did not disappoint as we had some of the best fishing in years. The camping spot was perfect for what we needed as well. Ample space to position and set up our pop-up camp. Bathroom and water were close by, as well was use of a pavilion and blackstone (though we did use them). Firewood and a ring were provided at our site. Drinking water was provided at the roadside store. Hosts were very accommodating, personable, and eager to show us around. Thanks again.

Our experience at The Christmas Tree Farm Hidden Delight was absolutely wonderful. Mary was a fantastic host. She was friendly and thorough in her communication, even recommending places to enjoy in the area. We arrived later in the day and were thrilled that she had started a fire in the woodstove inside the tent and had also started a campfire for us. So very thoughtful and a fabulous surprise. The site itself is incredibly private with amazing views. The firewood she provided was dry and plentiful, a bonus since it was a bit chilly for much of our visit. It was great to be able to have the dogs off leash too. We enjoyed our time immensely and highly recommend the site. Thank you, Mary!

This spot exactly as described. Very private but everything here and well laid out. The walk to the lake is a bit steep but 110% worth it if you like to fish or be by water. We caught at least a dozen largemouth bass, several 10-12 inches, a yellow perch and several large pumpkinseeds. RV Site is gravel and damn near perfectly level. Couldn’t ask for much better, appreciate Roberto and his family are willing to to share this very nice location, A+ Hipcamp!

Marie’s property is absolutely beautiful. Huge fields of goldenrod and the valley view of trees just starting to turn was so lovely. The tent (I was at the Eagles Nest) was spacious and the interior light in the day was magical. Marie was so patient and accommodating with my ever changing plans. The details for everything from supplying forgotten toiletries in the Bathhouse and easy fire starter for campfires are so thorough and thoughtful. I’ve already booked a trip back in October.
