The Beaver Lodge is a single-site glamping retreat tucked in the woods just outside Honesdale, PA. The site features two ponds and roughly five acres of quiet forest to yourself. Our site sits beside Spinner Pond. You'll arrive by a short wooded walk (about 3 minutes), or catch a ride in on the UTV — we're happy to shuttle guests and gear. At the waterfront, there's a fire circle, two Adirondack chairs, and a canoe with paddles. Fishing and wildlife watching from the pond edge are genuinely excellent: bald eagles, beavers, deer, ducks, and the occasional black bear on the far end of the property are regular visitors. Inside the canvas bell tent you'll find a real queen-size bed made up with sheets and pillows, LED camp lighting, and a footlocker stocked with cooking essentials — cast iron skillet, pot, utensils, and dinnerware. The site includes a two-burner propane stove with fuel, picnic table, and a second waterside fire pit. Potable water, a composting toilet, and a gravity-fed outdoor shower are all on-site. Optional extras include a propane Buddy Heater, two additional cots, and firewood bundles. The camp is tucked behind our home, so you'll feel completely private — no other structures in view. Relax in a secluded, comfortable tent while enjoying the music of the frogs. The land is a mix of cleared and wooded areas with a half acre pond. In the spring the pond comes alive with the singing of frogs and the blinking of fireflies. Enjoy a campfire in the evening and a brilliant display of stars. The pond is nice for swimming or paddling. We provide a kayak or just sit on the dock or relax in the hammock. The village of Callicoon is a ten minute drive with great restaurants, a brewery, distillery, wine bar, grocery store, vintage shops, live music and a wonderful farmers market on the weekend. From town, you can also book a canoe trip on the Delaware River. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is a 15 minute drive for great concerts and an interesting museum. There will be a list in the tent with suggested activities in the surrounding area if you choose to go exploring. We provide kindling, firewood, bedding, fresh eggs from our chickens and brownies from our kitchen. There is a small cupboard attached to the picnic table with everything you will need for meals on the campfire. A cooler is provided, please bring your own ice. There will be 2 large jugs of water at the site and additional water at the handwashing station on the back side of the outhouse. The site offers total privacy. Parking is within a couple minutes walk to the site and there will be a cart to help you transport your gear. We are a couple of longtime residents of this beautiful piece of the planet and we look forward to sharing it with you.

All lodging sites have heating for your comfort and are available year round! The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October. In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. Contact us to coordinate for larger group bookings. Please note that a significant portion of county tax/fees and cancellation or change fees may be avoided by booking the base amount of people (4) and at a much later date adding extra guests. Guests NOT occupying canvas tent (lodging) and bringing their own tents should not be paying an occupancy tax but there is no provision for this in the app. We do not want our guests paying taxes -- that benefit no one but useless bureaucracy! Extra guests may be added the week before booking. Just let us know your plans through the app!

Our farm is home to herds of White-Tailed Deer, Wild Turkeys, Painted Turtles, Red-Tail Hawks, my Off-The-Track Thoroughbred horse, chickens, ducks, and Aslan, my Cocker Spaniel. Birdsong, frog song, the babbling creek, and the thundering hooves of Deva will serenade you to sleep. During your stay, you're welcome to hike, swim, and fish in the pond. Boating and fishing opportunities abound nearby, in the Delaware River or the famous fly-fishing creeks. Bethel Woods is a mere 20 minutes away. Other nearby activities include Farmers' Markets, breweries, farm-to-table restaurants, antique dealers, flea markets, art galleries, an Alpaca farm, golfing, horseback riding, and exploring numerous hiking trails. Welcome to The Record Room - Built directly from our hands and our hearts, The Record Room borders the fine line of camping and glamping, with a wood-fired cedar hot tub and outdoor shower that feeds off a small artesian creek, a sauna tucked within the trees, overlooking scenic ridge, and solar-powered vinyl that plays inside and out across a vast selection of vintage, classic, and current albums. Back to our small creek, there are plenty of quaint spots to dip your toes. The Monguap River is close enough to see and hear, and the Delaware River is just 2 miles up the road, with rafting, kayaking, and canoeing companies all along it. A queen Tempur-Pedic bed, as well as an overstuffed futon, will take care of you come nightfall. The outdoor kitchen is built for cooking some real food - a flat-top grill, a single burner, a stainless steel grate grill, cast-iron pans, and all utensils, all powered by propane. A wood stove inside will handle the chilly mornings and brisk nights. We have a pool table under a custom-built pavilion just for your enjoyment. And last but certainly not least, our outhouse, which is maintained by the women of our family. We also have a nearby waterfall, which is as close as a three-minute drive down the road. The Hawks Nest lookout is under 10 minutes away. We recommend downloading a trail finder app, as once you arrive here, there will be zero service or wifi. Since we only have one bed and one futon, only four individuals can sleep comfortably, but we also have a couple of spots for your friend circle to set up some tents. Our mission is to get people back into the life we feel so disconnected from nowadays, and we provide the space to be able to do so. We highly recommend the firewood package, as it makes life much easier, unless you plan on picking through the woods on your property (which we totally support!)

This campsite is nestled in the deep woods of a 120 acre farm that offers beautiful views coming and going. After being allowed to use the restroom at the stone farmhouse, you will then go rustic and start your 3/4 - 1 mile hike in (approximately 20 minutes to the campsite) past the fields and pond down the path into the woods. The trail is remote and you will instantly be able to leave the sights and sounds of civilization behind you and breath the clean forest air. Wear good hiking shoes because portions of the hike are uneven and rocky. This site is best for experienced campers who know how to pack light with just the essentials as there is no tractor service to this campsite. When you arrive at the campsite, you will be within 20 feet of a year round stream with brook trout and in a hundred foot tall hemlock canopy nestled between two brook meadows. A 9,000 acre forested preserve abuts our property so you will be able to completely relax, bird watch, enjoy the wildlife, or fish for a brook trout breakfast without hearing the sounds of anyone but yourselves. The campsite has a stone fire pit, split log benches for seating, a canvas privacy blind around a stand of trees where the composting toilet resides, and a food bag lift to attach your food and trash bags to about 100 yards from the campsite. Unlimited Split firewood is free next to where you will park that you can take down to the site. All trash needs to be carted out with you. We can't accept mixed trash as it will attract animals that will knock over the trashcans and make a mess. No food goes in our personal trashcans as we have learned this the hard way. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house. The Tiny House is located in a very private and remote location that sits next to thousands of acres of state land with beautiful hiking trails and access to the Neversink River. Not only my partner and I enjoyed our stay, but our fur babies had such a lovely time too. We had the most wonderful stay at Mountain Bliss and are so thankful for the amazing hospitality. Host Marion was incredibly welcoming, kind, thoughtful, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even let us borrow power banks when we needed them, which we truly appreciated. You can really feel how much care she puts into making guests feel comfortable and at home. We loved everything from the peaceful overall view, the rustic toilet setup, the big trash bins for convenience, and especially the heater that kept us warm during the changing warm-cold night weather. Every day felt relaxing and cozy. If you’re looking for a much-needed escape from the busy city life like we were, this place is absolutely for you. Mountain Bliss truly gave us peace, comfort, and beautiful memories with our dogs. We would happily come back again.

3 nights at The Dam House At Beaver Pond

My boyfriend and I had a beautiful time at the Beaver Lodge. It is very romantic and private. On a clear night, you can see so many stars as you look up from camp! It's really special to have the pond in your backyard. It feels like your own secluded peninsula. We loved cooking by the fire, sketching on the dock hearing the frogs plopping into the water, and sleeping nestled together inside the spacious yurt. Brendan and Jessica thought about so many details to make sure we were cared for. They were responsive and helpful hosts. The Beaver Lodge was the perfect balance of being in nature and having our essential needs met. We felt one with the trees and as if time was given back to us. We hope to return some day!

Weekend Trip to The Hillside Retreat

The Hillside Retreat is absolutely fantastic! We loved the view of the mountains from the tent, but we loved the view of the stars even more. Lydia and Robert were very welcoming and were kind enough to bring us another fire starter when we struggled to light the campfire. It was very peaceful, and we got the best night's sleep we'd had in ages. Waking up to the rooster crowing was a nice treat! Absolutely wonderful stay, I hope we get to stay here again!

Great spot about 15 yards from the river, great setup! Loved having the propane grill for cooking! The tent and sleeping setup awesome it was a windy weekend and the heater alone was enough to not need the stove with a few blankets. Thomas was super easy to communicate and an excellent host! Would definitely recommend this for a getaway weekend

Will definitely be returning to this awesome space! The place has so many thoughtful touches, including everything needed to whip up a meal and a great cozy factor in the tent with the heating elements and comfortable bed. Waking up to the view and sounds of the river make this place extra charming. Even in the rain, we were still able to enjoy all the elements thanks to the expansive dining area.

This place is so great! They put SO much time and effort into the space to really make it magical. We heard the running stream all night, plenty of places to dip in and so much space! We loved our stay we fit 3 on the bed and 2 on a queen air mattress in the cabin!

1 night at Daydreamin on Dyberry Creek

I enjoyed camping out on Ryan’s remote section of woods. It lovingly situated by a peaceful stream - I listened and watched the ducks fly and land in front of the site. Enjoyed a hammock perfected positioned on the bank. Had a nice fire at night in his fire ring and listened to a Barred owl late into the night. If you need a peaceful getaway into the wild, this may be for you.

Absolutely loved the Hippie Haven! The place was perfect, it was exactly what you would want for a short getaway. The entire place is meticulously designed for comfort while also providing an outdoor feel. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for the cool spring night. Shaggy and Kendra were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive and found time during their work days to message us back if we had any questions. This place was an 11/10. Side note: The Heron restaurant in Narrowsburg was out of this world, a little pricey but the food was delicious.

I had a great time camping and fishing on this trip. The campsite was peaceful and the fishing was fun all day long. It was a simple, relaxing getaway and I’d definitely come back again.
