Weekend Trip to Haven in the trees

Beautiful location and views! The cabin is so lovely- straight forward but also well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches and art! Loved hanging on the screen-in porch and being able to take a hot shower outside. Sauna was incredible, just takes time and patience :) Air mattress was comfier than I expected too. I hope to return for another staycation in the woods soon!

J responded quickly to all my questions, and was very personable. I'm an older woman, traveling it my reactive dog, so his cabin location made me feel safe with his home being so close. But it was still secluded enough to feel we were alone, and the area is beautiful! It's super cute and close to all the amazing sights in the Finger Lakes.

We stayed in The Loon cabin. It was super cute and nice. Simple necessities with all bases covered. The property was so large and had shoreline and wooded and field walking so we never even needed to leave to walk the dogs. We came AFTER kids camp season and we will be back! Only a half hour drive to CMAC! Bryan was easy to reach and quick to respond.

The Heron cabin was great. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a heater and fan. The common area got chilly overnight but the bedroom stayed comfortable with the door closed. The grounds were great and our dog loved exploring. The views of the lake were spectacular and it was so peaceful sitting out on the dock. We already can’t wait to go back and take advantage of the pool, and use a kayak or canoe. One thing to note is there is no outside lock on the cabin, though we totally felt our belongings were safe when we left during the day.

I love staying at camp Whitman. It was so quiet, peaceful, and green. Being right on Lake Seneca was unbeatable. Gorgeous! I had to do some remote work and my cabin had great WiFi signal!

Bryan was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive. We rented the Hawk for 2 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. The screened in porch is great for eating meals and playing cards. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, and fishing on the pond. They have a very nice dock with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake- about 5 minutes from the cabin. They do have a pool, but it was too chilly for us to use it. No need to bring a grill or camping chairs. They have benches outside around the campfire. Also included was hand soap, dish soap, tissue, paper towels, grilling tools, microwave, toaster oven, decent sized fridge with freezer, and a fan. It has a nice rustic feel with the comforts of running water/toilet/shower. We would definitely come back!

Gorgeous and meticulously maintained property complemented by 2 top notch hosts Mary and David. The time and care given to this beautiful property is evident as soon as you pull into the driveway. From the driveway to the creek you’re surrounded by beauty in every direction you look. The cabin is clean, cozy, and the perfect place to lay your head after a long day exploring and relaxing in the creek. David and Mary are some of the most kind, caring, genuine, salt of the earth people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. You couldn’t ask for a nicer property or better first class hospitality. The conversations with David and Mary were like I was talking with some old friends I hadn’t seen in a while even though we’d just met. There’s no doubt I’ll be back to this hidden gem. Thank you Mary and David for an amazing stay and thanks again to Mary for the delicious chocolate chip cookies for the ride home

I stayed here from July 11 to July 15, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were there right away, which made the stay feel stress-free and comfortable. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful river and a nice creek that added to the charm of the stay. Everything was well-kept, and you can tell the hosts really care about making sure their guests have a great experience. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Weekend Trip to High Falls Farm

Absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s land! The campsite was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sarah was a wonderful host – very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The spot was clean, private, and perfect for tent camping. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night and the stunning views in the morning. Would definitely come back again – highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature!
