Hello we have 2 lots totaling 2-1/2 acres in Nutrioso Arizona between Springerville and Alpine . We are at the base of Escudilla Mountain and property is at 8050 ft . Our original lot is completely fenced and secure for pets . Second lot is off limits for camping right now but may be used to travel in and out of property as we cut a road through it recently. We are 1 mile from the forest with endless forest maintained roads and trails out of our backyard. You can take our forest road 27 miles and end up in Alpine or get adventurous and go straight into New Mexico . We have 1 extra Rv spot available for use with 30 amp power supply and water at site . We put weed block and gravel down for extra Rv slab . Septic dump is close by but will need to move Rv to dump black water . No camp fires permitted at this time . We have an oval dirt bike track that is off limits to motorized vehicles . May be used for Rc remote control cars if desired.
Amenities are endless ! Typically 30 deg cooler than Phoenix. Nelson reservoir is 12 min away , Hulsey Lake 20 min , Black river 35 min , Big lake 45 min , Sunrise ski resort 50 min . Lots of other Lakes in the area not mentioned. Wildlife is abundant with elk , dear , antelope , long horned sheep , bear , turkey and many other species of animals coexisting . There’s plenty of splish splashing to be had; jet skis, speed boats, canoes, and kayakers all share these waters. There’s no better way to take to the lake than skimming the surface on an innertube. Anglers can enjoy the quiet west end of Lyman, word is the walleye and bass hang here in the no wake zone.

We arrived at this beautiful property at the end of 2023 and have since worked diligently to create a space that we and others would love. Our location boasts a stunning views with hills all around and beautiful views of both sunrise and sunsets. We're working on adding showers and hot/cold plunge tubs for your enjoyment. Notably, we have a composting toilet that efficiently turns waste into fertilizer in just 3 weeks! We have two very sweet dogs that are off leash that may come up and say hello. If that is a bother please let us know in advance and we will try and accommodate your preferences. The property is accessible using 2WD, weather permitted, and when it is muddy or snowy we offer shuttle services.

The sites are bigger than they look in the pics. Loved how spacious it was. We didn't use the amenities, but there's laundry and a bathhouse. check in was easy and hist was very nice!
