Hello we have 2 lots totaling 2-1/2 acres in Nutrioso Arizona between Springerville and Alpine . We are at the base of Escudilla Mountain and property is at 8050 ft . Our original lot is completely fenced and secure for pets . Second lot is off limits for camping right now but may be used to travel in and out of property as we cut a road through it recently. We are 1 mile from the forest with endless forest maintained roads and trails out of our backyard. You can take our forest road 27 miles and end up in Alpine or get adventurous and go straight into New Mexico . We have 1 extra Rv spot available for use with 30 amp power supply and water at site . We put weed block and gravel down for extra Rv slab . Septic dump is close by but will need to move Rv to dump black water . No camp fires permitted at this time . We have an oval dirt bike track that is off limits to motorized vehicles . May be used for Rc remote control cars if desired.
Amenities are endless ! Typically 30 deg cooler than Phoenix. Nelson reservoir is 12 min away , Hulsey Lake 20 min , Black river 35 min , Big lake 45 min , Sunrise ski resort 50 min . Lots of other Lakes in the area not mentioned. Wildlife is abundant with elk , dear , antelope , long horned sheep , bear , turkey and many other species of animals coexisting . We would Love to share our property and what it has to offer so we can use the funds to continue improving our Land . We have 1 extra Rv gravel slab with 30 amp power hook up and water available at site . You will be required to turn on and off utilities as we are not on site . Septic dump is also available but will need to move to dump black water or have extra long hose to reach dump location . Septic dump is located next to our Rv we leave there year round . In the future we may open our spot up for a second rental and larger groups as it has a 50 amp / water / dump in reach . 2nd Lot is off limits for camping at this time but may be used to also enter or exit property if desired . Winter months are not available yet as we are not set up for our water in freezing temps so please book accordingly. Amenities ; We are 1 mile from Apache national forest . You can ride side by sides , quads ext… right out our gate into endless maintained forest roads or trails . ( Please be courteous of neighbors on neighborhood roads ) . We do have a small oval dirt bike track but prohibiting use at this time due to liability. Track can be used for Rc remote control cars if desired. You can travel through 27 miles of forest right into Alpine or venture straight into New Mexico if desired. We do have a burn barrel with spark arrestor but not available until we get more moisture.
