Located on a quiet corner lot on the south edge of town, this spot is a fantastic alternative to crowded RV parks. For families with young children, the yard offers a safe and private play area, with a kiddie pool available upon request. The neighboring home is vacant 98% of the year, offering you a truly peaceful getaway. The RV Site & Utilities Dimensions: The RV lot is 70 ft long by 25 ft wide (18 ft for parking and 7 ft for hookups), plus an extra 30 ft in length, including the 20 ft x 20 ft yard. Parking: There is ample space for an RV or trailer, plus room for ATVs or an extra vehicle. Hookups: Water, sewer dump access, and electricity are ready to connect, with 30-amp and standard outlets available. Guidelines: A macerator is required before dumping sewage. Water is for on-site use only; please do not fill your water tanks. Your Private Yard & Nature Relax in your 20 ft x 20 ft private yard, which faces west for stunning White Mountain sunsets. The space is beautifully landscaped with new gardens, flowers, and herbs designed to attract birds, bees, butterflies, and especially our delightful hummingbirds. Depending on the season, you can enjoy fresh raspberries, blackberries, and apples right from the yard! A kiddie pool or sprinkler is available for use in the yard upon request. Below the yard is an empty lot owned by a local resident. He grew up playing in the area, and locals sometimes enjoy the irrigation ditch during May and June. Deer and elk also pass through the area. You may enjoy the lot at your own risk. Location & Extras Local Attractions: You are just minutes from town amenities, Flattop Mountain, Round Mountain, and Water Canyon Road, which leads toward Saffel Canyon and Alpine, AZ. Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! We just ask that they remain supervised and leashed while outside on the property. A waste receptacle will be provided, and baggies are available upon request. Your Host: I live on-site in the adjacent home. I’m happy to offer guidance on local attractions, or I can give you complete privacy during your stay.A private RV lot adjacent to a local woman's home with access to hiking and ATV trails within 1-2 minutes. Enjoy a private, grassy yard with flower beds, hummingbirds, and a propane fire pit while you enjoy front row seats to beautiful White Mountain sunsets. Rig suitability

Vehicles under 45 feet allowed

45' maximum for the trailer but you will have plenty of room for a truck if towing a trailer or 5th wheel. There is also an extra parking space for a small fee if you need more space for ATVs or an extra car. I have had a 5th wheel with a Silverado and two Subaru Outbacks on the one lot comfortably.

Allowed rigs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, cars, truck campers, and rooftop tents

Pull-in site

You may either pull-in or back in, whichever is more convenient. Keep in mind the water/electric/sewer on on the side of the house.

You may need mild leveling but it is as level as possible with the one inch gravel.

Electrical hookup available

30 amps. There is also a standard outlet available. If you require 50 amp then you must supply your own adapter.

Water hookup available

On-site hookup. The faucet is also used by host but only to water the yard and gardens. There are multiple hose outlets available even with host hose attached. You may also use the hose if needed, please be respectful of host's personal property :)

Sewage hookup available

On-site hookup. The sewer dump goes directly into my home's sewer system, so you MUST have and use a macerator prior to dumping sewer to avoid any possible clogs. Sewer dump was professionally installed but better safe than sorry!

No TV hookup

On leash. Host has 2 friendly indoor/outdoor cats that are leery of strangers and new dogs, but very friendly once they feel safe. Owner also has 2 friendly dogs that are kept behind 2 fences and may bark upon arrival but should stop quickly; owner will do their best to prevent barking with bark collars and ultra sonic barking devices. Please keep your dogs on a leash and clean up after them, waste receptacle is provided and baggies upon request.

Trash bin. You may use the owner's trash bin within reasonable limits.

The yard and empty plot down below provide great areas for kids to run around and play and owner can provide a large kid pool or sprinkler to use in the yard upon request. Please remember the empty plot is used at your own risk as it is not owned by host.

Great spot in Eagar

We will stay again! It had a great location in Eagar. It was easy to get to. Flat rock covered space. Easy to back in off the street. The host helped us back in because we arrived in the dark. Easy to hook up utilities. We had a nice grass space behind the camper with the use of a propane fire pit and chairs. Host was excellent with communication.
