We arrived at this beautiful property at the end of 2023 and have since worked diligently to create a space that we and others would love. Our location boasts a stunning views with hills all around and beautiful views of both sunrise and sunsets. We're working on adding showers and hot/cold plunge tubs for your enjoyment. Notably, we have a composting toilet that efficiently turns waste into fertilizer in just 3 weeks! We have two very sweet dogs that are off leash that may come up and say hello. If that is a bother please let us know in advance and we will try and accommodate your preferences. The property is accessible using 2WD, weather permitted, and when it is muddy or snowy we offer shuttle services. About us I specialize in building vans and RVs, so if you need any assistance with your rigs, I'm here to help. We are planning to expand our offerings in the future to include organic coffee, food, and a variety of fun activities. Join us in this evolving adventure!

Our property is currently being developed. We have minimal amenities as of now, but it will develop rather quickly since we are here full time. We are working on adding a central shower and a hot/cold plunge overlooking the landscape. Our potable water is stored in 300 gallon tanks, so can provide if needed. Fully composting toilet is onsite. This site is a serene, remote property 2 miles off of highway 60, so pretty close to a paved road, most cars that aren't lowered can make it on with no problems. No close neighbors, so we have complete privacy. We will be here on the property, so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

This is the highest point on the property overlooking the entire local region and the property. The hill is basically where a volcano burst and spewed rock and lava but speckled within are nice flat areas where you can make your camp. Throughout the area are Juniper trees that have seasoned for years. Their wood makes the best smelling firewood complete with tiny crackles from the juniper oils.

I wanted somewhere safe and quiet to stay one night on my way back home. I had a perfectly quiet and restful night here. There was plenty of space for privacy. The host is so genuinely friendly. I got to meet the puppies and they are just the most sweet and adorable duo. When I drive through here again, this is where I'll stop.

I camped for the first time in my new-to-me minivan, and wow did I luck out! Charbel is a van/RV conversion maestro, and totally guided me. The property is great - secluded, great views, sites are private from each other. Highly recommended.
