Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's. Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows. There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites. Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive. You'll see lots of growing fruit trees in our developing orchard and we are happy to share our vision for this beautiful land! We have two campsites available for you to choose between for your stay. Both sites are along the creek, however, one has a view of some nearby houses and is a short walk to the parking spot [Creekside]. The other site is more secluded, past the tree line, but a further walk from where you are able to park. [Hillside] If needed, we are happy to lend you a wagon to haul your gear. Please let us know if you have questions and your preference of site. We have a cabin-like bathroom and partial kitchen you will have access to during your stay. We always have cold water available for purchase in the fridge. There is trail access easily accessible from our home (the closest is approximately 1 mile), for paved or natural trail exploration. We are are a great stopping point for cyclists enjoying the area. It's a short drive to downtown Phoenixville with some of the best breweries around. Phoenixville is home to a great farmers market on Saturday mornings and numerous festivals. Also, close-by is the lovely quaint village of Kimberton, home of the best organic grocery store and many opportunities for hiking and small farms.

Site 1 ,2 ,3 and 4 have picnic tables. All Sites have charcoal grills. Will need your own charcoal, lighter fluid and foil for grate. Site 3 also has a grill attached to pit. Please be specific at booking if you are tent or RV camping and approx. length of RV. We book rain or shine so please be prepared according to weather forecast. What to expect.. This is a farm with many animals so please be aware that the rooster may crow very early. The goats may be noisy at anytime day or night. Most cases they are quiet at night but not always. The cows bellow and horses will whinny throughout the day. Farms also have farm smells so be aware it is not always pleasant. For the most part the campfires over ride the farm smells which is great!! Please check our add ons. We will have fire wood available for purchase if you need it. Farm fresh eggs and seasonal garden vegetables may also be available. Amish baked goods may be purchased when available. We are 5 minutes from a 5000 acre park that boasts miles of marked trails for horseback riding, hiking or biking through rough or paved terrain. There is a creek for swimming also. Bring your own horses. We have stalls available or set up your own paddock next to your site. We have hay and straw available for purchase.

I l-l-l-loved everything about it! A beautiful ride. Arrived at the barn and was met be our charming host. A walk/ride past the farm animals to a seclude area up on a hill. The yurt was so cozy and inviting. Best cot ever. I will never sleep on an air mattress again! Great for one or two people. Plenty of spa e for additional tents if you need that. Big fire pit and LOTS of wood. Easy to cook on the fire pit but bonus propane grill and really convenient and stocked prep/kitchen area. Even soap and water dispenser setup for ease of cleanup. Delicious icy cold well water for drinking, too. We were also gifted some of their honey and eggs 🍀 Then there’s the farm! What a sweet experience. We got to feed the animals and collect the morning eggs. Walk to the Brandywine Nearby Creek for a beautiful walk along. I recommend! This is a special place!

Excellent stay! Greg and Abbie were so welcoming and made sure I had everything and anything I could need (which was already there). Took my jeep up to the spot, the teepee style tent kept me dry in the rain, the cot was comfy, and having the couch was an added bonus. I appreciate not having to set up anything (my body wasn’t up for it). I loved feeding the goats and horse, petting the pony and pigs, seeing the chickens. Sunset was lovely. It was peaceful and just what I needed. Close to home, but far enough away. I will definitely be back!

Just had the most magical stay! The host was so friendly and helpful and the site and experience were exactly as advertised. My son and I got to feed all the animals (pigs, goats, horse, pony) and meet the sweetest kitten in the world. The site has everything you need for a cozy stay: clean water, a big fire pit, pans and a grill for cooking. And in the teepee there's a comfy couch for snuggling up before bed. Bring sleeping pads and prepare to snuggle up if you have more than 2 people! Site felt totally private and had a perfect view of the sunset. We had a delicious breakfast 10 minutes away at Two Birds Cafe and then spent the day at Longwood Gardens 15 minutes away. It was a 24-hour getaway that felt like pure heaven. We're definitely coming back.

We stayed at campsite #1 and had a wonderful time. Loredana was so kind and super helpful in setting up firewood & eggs for our arrival. Beautiful view from our site. Nice balance of being tucked away in nature with access to some comforts.

We had such a great time and plan on going back! The firewood was ready for us right next to the fire pit, and we loved the farm fresh eggs and honey. Plenty of room for our 2-room tent and rest of our set up, plus extra accommodations if you forget anything. Our 2 dogs loved it too!

What a great place and a gracious host. With a beautiful pastor and lovley stream, this place was heaven. Horses are literally around you and you are in the field with your tent or buscamper. Sunset and sunrise were amazing here, and you have the place all to yourself. The sites are really private and big. The grass was manicured like a football stadium. I felt bad about driving on it. lol All kidding aside. This place was heaven. We are going back soon.

This farm is stunning and peaceful ! The animals are lovely and my daughter was taught and invited to feed them and do chores for them, which she loved. The camping area was perfect - we were perfectly set up to cook and the bell tent (tipi) is super comfy. Greg was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help me with things I forgot. My daughter was actually tearful when leaving. We can't wait to come back. Oh and the sunsets are epic!

I loved camping at the farm! I booked last minute as I decided I needed a rest on my way home from a road trip, and Loredana was so accommodating. It was amazing to wake up with the horses visiting my campsite. Loredana left me fresh chicken eggs, and showed me her beautiful art gallery in the morning after making me an espresso. She’s such a lovely soul, and I know I will be returning in the future. Hopefully with my whole family this time!!

The ease of pulling into camp and not having to set up a tent. Listening to the rain patter all night while staying dry and comfortable inside. Tools and equip avail at campsite. Spacious, surrounded by trees and neighboring paddock. Listened to the animals and slept after hearing the fireworks show finish over at Longwood Gardens Woke to roosters, goats, horses, cows, and general farmland sounds of Chester County.
