The property is surrounded on 3 sides by conservation land with trails, 45 minutes from Boston and 10 minute drive to groceries, stores and restaurants. The house is right off a country road with our property and conservation land both across the street and behind our house. The area is in the heart of New England and is beautiful at all times of year. THIS CAN BE RENTED AS A CAMPSITE ONLY. Our 3-acre property is surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots country charm. At one point in the early 1900's it was home to itinerant farmers who farmed the nearby fields. Our property was the dumping grounds for the stones/rocks that were pulled from the fields. You will notice lots of them throughout the property! Our site is a well manicured area near our house on a 3-acre parcel. There is lots of sun and shade depending on when and where you happen to be on the site. There is plenty of space to pull out your favorite lawn game and a great firepit to keep warm at night. We are about 10 minutes from Clough State Park where there is plenty to do including swimming, paddling, biking, hiking, ATVing, etc. Our site has 50amp service and filtered well water (2 spigots). Depending on how long your RV is, you may not be able to put our your awning all the way.

I loved staying on Jon’s property. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin had a comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out. After an unexpected event forced me to arrive a day later than expected Jon graciously offered me the cabin for an additional night at no charge. He told me about all the trails on the property and brought me some fresh eggs. I didn’t leave the property and just explored with a couple mile walk. My dog loved being free to explore and chase Jon’s dogs. It was the perfect couple of days away to unwind before going back to school.

Positively surpassed our expectations in every way imaginable. This was the highlight of our summer and possibly the coolest thing I've ever done with my son before. Safe, serene, thoughtfully designed, incredibly cool, such great and welcoming communication with the host, a friendly and healing environment. We spent the day just floating on the giant lake and exploring. Saw some cool birds, a baby snake and the coolest bug I've ever seen. 100% best spot ever!

1 night at Salamander Hollow Healing Habitat

This was a great little cabin to go with my two youngest children! We played outside all day around the fire pit and the yard exploring the property a little to look at statues. And then it when it was bedtime it was Wi-Fi on best of all worlds! The decor is so beautiful with all of the exposed wood and the art collection is immaculate and eclectic! You can tell Miss Mary has poured her heart into this place the infrared sauna was neat too! Not as intense as a traditional one, well at least not at the lower setting I use. We would recommend camping here if you don't have or want to get all the camping gear, there's a fully stocked kitchen I didn't need to bring tin foil! I didn't need to bring a long lighter! Everything was there along with the stove fridge and basic spices.

My 2 teenagers and I had a really good time camping the tent and all the accessories provided made it less stressful for a Friday after work.. we were NOT prepared for the bathroom accommodations and that there were not any other bathrooms to utilize, even on the beach there wasn’t a bathroom??? Odd!!! Also the directions weren’t clear.. we drove around for over an hour trying to find the camp.. I also tried to contact Donna and never heard back.. Frustrating!! Eventually we found the camp and we enjoyed every minute we had together!!
