Our property sits on 2 acres in the heart of Las Vegas. It is one of the original homesteads of Las Vegas which we are trying to take back to a homestead. The original owners of the property played a huge hand in the building of Vegas. As we have cleaned up the property treasures of a 100 years ago have been found all over the property. On the property you will find a huge garden out front that you are welcome to pick from. We also have over 50 trees on the property you are welcome to walk around and enjoy. If you find yourself in the duck coop or the chicken coop and find an egg you are welcome to enjoy it. Feel free to enjoy the pool, bbq and outside bathroom which has a shower, and full size washer and dryers. We are a smoke/drug free site please be respectful of this rule and violators will be asked to leave without refund. Because we are a "working hobby farm" you will see some weeds and you may even see a project or two we are working on, feel free to join in but please be understanding that in order for us to improve things it will get little messy and can take time to complete. Also, please check the weather before you book, Vegas if very hot during the summer months, if your rig doesn't have AC you will not be comfortable as night temps can be easily over 100.

Private RV spot tucked away on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood, yet only 15 minutes to the downtown Fremont Street Experience, and about 25 minutes to the large strip properties like Caesars Palace and MGM. Las Vegas has a lot to offer, but we have you covered with the RV spot.
We are in the NW valley with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. When the sun goes down over the Spring Mountains and Mount Charleston beautiful colors illuminate evening clouds. We are in somewhat of a rural area, so you might see bats in the evening, and bunnies in the morning. We have even seen coyote, owl, and of course lots of geese flying between golf courses in the morning during many months of the year. We are away from the city lights, so nighttime can be quite dark, but the moon can be a spectacular site in the night sky.
Red Rock Canyon is 16 miles away. Many of our guests enjoy the scenic beauty or climbing opportunities in Red Rock. Nevada's newest state park, Ice Age Fossils State Park, is just a few miles away and offers a glimpse into prehistoric time in the region. If you enjoy ziplining then check out Slotzilla at Fremont Street or on the Las Vegas strip at the LINQ.

Hike through the mountains and even down to Colorado River. Rent kayaks at the property to drive them down, a 7 min drive off the property. Weekend Trip to Mojave Desert Ranch
I loved our space,we had neighbors that were pretty nice,saw a couple snakes which was scary at first but they weren’t bad company.The bed and room we got was super comfy and a lot bigger than I expected and I absolutely loved the outside shower.I would definitely come back but probs stay at another one of there places just to get a new experience.I did however prefer the ravens area more than the little house or wagon (just looking) because we had more kitchen space.

Such a cute setup and perfectly nestled for stunning views! The bed is big enough for two and we slept soundly. Honestly we came for Vegas but regret not spending all of our time at the camper. So many cute little quails and we even saw some nightjars/poorwills around 12-1am. I was itching to see the wild horses and our host was quick to answer our questions about directions. Thanks to them, we were able to see them right at dusk along with a colony of bats that skimmed the water for a quick drink in the desert.

We stayed there 2 nights and just left our motorhome parked there for 3 nights while we visited our daughter. It was quiet, secure and provided everything we needed. The eggs and figs were great. I enjoyed the older dog that sat next to me at the pool and let me scratch it's head neck and ears.

Excellent stay at Gil Ranch! I had the opportunity to be the first to stay in the casita and highly recommend. It’s brand new and the cleanest stay I’ve ever experienced! It was well stocked and had everything that I needed. I slept like a baby. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. The walls are connected to their main house in case that is an issue for someone else. Great family and very friendly- highly recommend!

Evelina’s property was wonderful! We were looking for something unique and we found it! The desert scenery was beautiful and we really enjoyed seeing some of the wildlife while we were hiking. The bed was comfortable and the little finishing touches in the tent made it feel very quaint. We really enjoyed how truly secluded you are out on her property. We were close enough to explore Boulder City and get a little break from the record temps. Highly recommend the UTV tour she offers. It’s a fantastic way to see the Colorado river. Would love to return someday with friends!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! It was quiet, extremely well maintained, close to all of the Las Vegas attractions that we wanted to see and fully staffed. We loved the nice laundry facility and the clubhouse area. While we were there, there was a potluck/cookout that was a lot of fun. We were able to have some packages shipped to the office to stock up on supplies, which was a huge help to us since we are always on the road. We definitely hope to stay again when we are back in Las Vegas!

But getting to watch the adorable llamas and Fergie the camel just feet from our van was a huge plus. Decent view of the city lights in the distance. We had a great stay at the farm. The spot is next to a house and the road, so it’s not very secluded, but it was still comfortable and we felt at ease. It was really nice to see the horses, llamas, and even a camel, that was a highlight! Everything was easy and well organized. Would stay again!

The hosts were understanding when I got in later than expected the first night. The property is pleasant and secluded, yet close to the Strip and tourist attractions. I liked the nice accessible bathroom outside next to where I parked. The shower and flush toilet were appreciated. I would definitely stay again, as it was more affordable to sleep in my van instead of getting a room for three nights when I was gone all day. I felt very safe and secure.
