Hike through the mountains and even down to Colorado River. Rent kayaks at the property to drive them down, a 7 min drive off the property. Book an off road tour around the mountains and down to the river. Check out the world famous ghost town a few minutes away and even goon an underground mine tour.

This property is secluded and in a remote area with limited cell service. AT&T and Verizon have limited service, other carriers do not. Off road vehicle means a 4x4 to drive over a rocky trail.
To access your tent, you will be required to schedule the shuttle for check in. A host will drive out to meet you to take you to your tent. Must be scheduled in advance. Check in is between 3pm and 9pm only. The host does not live on property and travels for your scheduled check in time.

On the property you will find a huge garden out front that you are welcome to pick from. We also have over 50 trees on the property you are welcome to walk around and enjoy. If you find yourself in the duck coop or the chicken coop and find an egg you are welcome to enjoy it. Feel free to enjoy the pool, bbq and outside bathroom which has a shower, and full size washer and dryers. We are a smoke/drug free site please be respectful of this rule and violators will be asked to leave without refund. Because we are a "working hobby farm" you will see some weeds and you may even see a project or two we are working on, feel free to join in but please be understanding that in order for us to improve things it will get little messy and can take time to complete. Also, please check the weather before you book, Vegas if very hot during the summer months, if your rig doesn't have AC you will not be comfortable as night temps can be easily over 100.

The camper comes with a full kitchen, a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. Dishes and utensils are provided as well as bedding and towels. The bed is about a full size bed, maybe a bit smaller, cozy for two people to sleep in. We are in the NW valley with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. When the sun goes down over the Spring Mountains and Mount Charleston beautiful colors illuminate evening clouds. We are in somewhat of a rural area, so you might see bats in the evening, and bunnies in the morning. We have even seen coyote, owl, and of course lots of geese flying between golf courses in the morning during many months of the year. We are away from the city lights, so nighttime can be quite dark, but the moon can be a spectacular site in the night sky.
Red Rock Canyon is 16 miles away. Many of our guests enjoy the scenic beauty or climbing opportunities in Red Rock. Nevada's newest state park, Ice Age Fossils State Park, is just a few miles away and offers a glimpse into prehistoric time in the region. If you enjoy ziplining then check out Slotzilla at Fremont Street or on the Las Vegas strip at the LINQ.

This is my personal property located about 50 minutes between Las Vegas and Kingman, Arizona. You can visit the West Rim of the Grand Canyon for the day, head to the lake communities of Arizona within an hour, or simply relax on this rural, quiet, fenced property.
If you have off-road vehicles, such as RZRs, you can bring them and ride the nearby trails around White Hills.
There is one RV site with electricity, or guests can boondock. A washer/dryer and a dog-wash station are available in the shed. I am also in the process of renovating one of the shipping containers on the property into a gym.
If you want to get away for a few days or a week to enjoy the outdoors while still having modern conveniences, this is a great place. Guests must be self-contained, as there are no bathroom facilities.

We loved camping at Mom’s RV Spot! The entire site was incredibly clean, well-kept, and spacious. Having a pull-through site and a solid concrete pad made parking and our setup completely effortless. Beautiful fig trees added a wonderful touch of nature and charm to the space.
Because the site is tucked away from the main hustle and bustle, it offered incredible peace and quiet. It is also great for families, providing plenty of open space for the kids to run around and play. Our host, Leo was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He went out of his way to prepare a campfire for us and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more relaxing getaway, and we will definitely be back!

All along, Leo communicated with us promptly and thoroughly, and he remained open to further questions about our stay at Mom's RV Spot. That's a big help when traveling to new places! Leo greeted us as we pulled into the property, which was very reassuring, and he helped us settle into our space. Leo had meticulously groomed the sand to be very attractive, and there were full hook-ups available! After we got settled in, he generously offered us some vegetables and fruits from his gardens. Throughout our stay, we engaged in friendly conversation with Leo. He is a kind man with a great sense of wit and wisdom. The property itself is spacious and well-maintained! There are several different types of trees, shrubs, and flowering plants to enhance the view. The space itself has a large concrete patio and wooden picnic table, plus a well-stocked fire pit to use when appropriate. Another surprising aspect of the property is that it was so quiet! You'd think that it would loud being next to Las Vegas, but that is not the case. Instead, we got to enjoy the occasional sound of nightbirds! The neighborhood is also spacious and quiet, and, just for perspective, we were there on a Friday night! Finally, Leo is consistently working to improve his Hipcamp property.

It was very conveniently located for us, as we were returning a rental RV to El Monte RV and they were right down the street. Hookups were great so we could run the A/C, and allowing us to use the toilet and shower helped since we'd already visited the dump station. Owner gave us a friendly tour of the farm; loved the grapes and ducks! We'd stay again if in the area!

I loved our space,we had neighbors that were pretty nice,saw a couple snakes which was scary at first but they weren’t bad company.The bed and room we got was super comfy and a lot bigger than I expected and I absolutely loved the outside shower.I would definitely come back but probs stay at another one of there places just to get a new experience.I did however prefer the ravens area more than the little house or wagon (just looking) because we had more kitchen space.

Such a cute setup and perfectly nestled for stunning views! The bed is big enough for two and we slept soundly. Honestly we came for Vegas but regret not spending all of our time at the camper. So many cute little quails and we even saw some nightjars/poorwills around 12-1am. I was itching to see the wild horses and our host was quick to answer our questions about directions. Thanks to them, we were able to see them right at dusk along with a colony of bats that skimmed the water for a quick drink in the desert.
