We have a 5 acre suburban campsite that is quiet, yet close to amenities. Located in south Lincoln between Highway 2 and the city limit, near shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Our property has a small seasonal creek with a walking path next to it and through a forested area and meadow. Cottonwood Creek Camp has one RV site and one Tent site. This can be a peaceful place to stay for a quick stop, an extended stay or even during Husker game-day weekends. We are 6 minutes from Southpoint mall which offers a shuttle to Memorial Stadium. Super Target, Aldi's and many other grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. Disc golf and mini golf courses are 2 miles away. There is also access to the Lincoln bike trails via our residential streets. Laundry is available on site for an extra fee.
Easy access off Highway 2 at the 68th/70th Street Exit, continue west via Saltillo Rd. and then north on 56th St.

This camp is nicely tucked away next to a small river. Lots were level. Saw an eagle, an otter and some small foxes! Relaxing and pretty. Cell reception was great as there aren't big trees in the campground. Trail down to the river is pretty steep and access to the river was uneven but if you can navigate the uneven terrain, it is worth it.

He was really helpful with our needs. Very respectful and responsive fast. Hope you give them a try. Only 1 hour drive from Omaha. Nice drive.

Enjoyed my overnight in Lincoln. The setup here is great with a separate building with kitchenette, a real bathroom, living room setup etc. very quiet and enjoyed seeing fireflies and feeling in a bit of nature in the outer suburbs. Handy to get into town, too.

We really enjoyed staying at this campsite! It was quiet, peaceful, and well-kept, and we really liked swimming in the river. The river access was really muddy when we came, so just be prepared for that if you want to go down to the river bank. We just hosed off when we were done, so the mud wasn’t a big problem for us. Devlin is a great host and was really accommodating to our group. We felt welcome and taken care of. Devlin was really responsive and helpful too! I’d definitely recommend this campsite, and I’d come back again!

Simple little RV park south of Omaha. Originally booked a tent site, but Devlin was kind enough to offer us a pull in site if we wanted. Limited amenities and not the most picturesque place, but it got the job done for passing through and setting up for a night during a road trip. We appreciated that it was small, not busy, clean, and quiet. Clear directions/instructions, easy to locate and check in, and had cell service. A fine spot and good host for passing through Nebraska.
